Beach combers have made costumes of the debris that washes up in Port Aransas, TX. They dress the wooden posts around the lifeguard beach as various characters.

This video shows a method to hold a stud bolt in place while removing a nut from the stud bolt. How to remove the thermostat housing nozzle from a Chevrolet 5.7 vortec V8 motor. Smoke stack at the fairgrounds. Tilt camera from bottom to top, and back down. Comal County Fairgrounds. This is on the margin of the property, its an old city facility. The small door is the only opening to the stack. The foundation goes into the ground and looks to be fire brick.
You nevar mention what dirección have to turn the fan to broke up loose
Just leave the belt on when you first loosen the bolts, saves all this stuffing around.

So if you use visegrips on an open pulley to lock it over or under the belt which will tighten as you crank on the clutch nut to disengage it as you turn it counterclockwise, do not clamp on both sides of the pulley as it may bend the pulley, which in turn just might destroy the belt. Clamp on one lip of the pulley only. You're welcome.
I use a air hammer all the time large but comes right off

Nice thanks for info sadly me and my friend took whole damn pump out with fan on it thinking we would have better luck removing it then. Now we have nothing to keep it from spinning all weely kneely. Shoulda watched your video first!!!!

saw a comment on another vid where the guy put a chain from one of the pully bolts to the frame . then cranked the large fan bolt
Just turn it with the belt on not off.
666 Savage won’t work with older cars that have never removed the fan before
You can remove one of the pulley bolts and then thread in a much longer bolt of the same diameter and pitch. This will often catch on one of the pump metal supports and impede movement in the clockwise or counterclockwise direction, then you can use a pair of vice grips and turn the bolt supporting the fan and fan clutch.
Which direction? Is the fan nut still righty tighty lefty loosie? Fourth video in and everyone has explained it, but not actually done it so I can never see which direction to loosen lol. Thx

Just hit it with a hammer and punch. The Fan clutch comes loose....
Doesn't always work even with a smoke wrench or you can do mine

I used a Beam Clamp on the water pump pulley so It won’t turn, works every time

I used a air rachett spun them right off, used a wrench 10 mm on one of the pully bolts first to take the big fan bolt lose with a large pipe wrench , with the little wrench braced up against the tensioner pully . Done. Thank you , your video got me to figure it out .
