Carl launched Carl Guild & Associates in 2018 to provide a brokerage that truly empowered agents to be the best they could be, while providing them with the tools and technology to run a successful real estate business themselves. Carl Guild & Associates now numbers over 80 agents and is growing to be the premier Real Estate Brokerage in Connecticut.
