You can tell that's not in the United States. Everything is nice looking and clean. I haven't heard a big Detroit diesel 2 stroke since I was a kid. They sounded like hot rods compared to 4 stroke diesels. Seems like the last one I seen was in an old GMC cab over. I miss that sound. Every cop in the United States would have a hard on wanting to write a loud exhaust ticket to this truck. I would love to see the whole truck.

My uncle used to say he had a picture of a Detroit hanging on the wall, but had to take it down because he got tired of having to dump the oil drip pan. LOL

I used to drive a log skidder with a 4-71 Detroit with a muffler that would fall off,It would sing a tune coming through the woods.

In my forty plus years of driving, never had the pleasure of a 16v71. Drove the 6v71 to 12v71s , 318Detroits and still driving a 3406 Cat in a ‘79 Kenny W900 to haul gravel. Learned in 79 on a ‘61 Mack B61 , 5x4 transmission and no turbo, hauling containers through the British Columbia mountains.

Thay truck only have 6 gears!?? If it does , very surprising

I ran a Terex 979 scraper; prototype to the TS 24 Loadrunner; with 12-71 tt in the front with 500 horse and a V6-71 it the rear. It did almost 50 mph flat out. Couldn’t beat the sound. The rear had a straight pipe and you could hear it in the cab. Miss them good old days. Gorgeous truck. Foot to the floor

It reminds me very much of my visit to the Tractor meet in Nordhorn, wich is the Pebble Beach for agricultural machinery. The things you could see there were incredible, like restored 50 foot John Deere combine harvesters from the 20s! And dozens of Heavy weight historic tractors, the things that people are willing to do for their passion, you can't imagine....
