Hi Guys welcome to my channel full of wonderful ASMR. I first discovered ASMR when I was suffering from depression and crippling anxiety. I found it helped me to relax, empty my mind and melt away negative thoughts and stress.
I use ASMR now to fall asleep and I love all kinds of videos from rain storms to luxury spa treatments, but my favourite types are the ones that contain everyday, nostalgic sounds like shopping bags being unpacked or baking. Those are the types of things you will find here. If you have any requests please don't hesitate to ask and I'll do what I can.
