Could you even completely block out the eyebrows and redraw them to change their shape and color? For example, if you have dark eyebrows and you're cosplaying a male character with white or blond eyebrows?

another thing for 4:02 on innapropriate cosplays: keep in mind that you're cosplaying in PUBLIC. some people have nearly gotten arrested because passer-bys thought they're "nude" outdoors.
