I have always believed that tumor ablation is the only option for patients with advanced cancer. However, the complexity of traditional tumor ablation, along with its inability to treat large or numerous tumors, has hindered its effectiveness. Why cant people and animals volunteer to try histotripsy in its experimental stages? It makes sense to gather as much data as possible and include as many volunteers to gather as much research as possible as fast as possible. Red tape slowing down technological advances in the medical field is sad. If it works at least one time should be enough to include as many volunteers as possible. Why do we believe we live in a free cointry when we actually dont have the fredom as doctors to access this technology and treat patients requesting it? The more candidates available and willing the better amd faster resarch can be gathered
