Informative video mate love it 💪 I wrap mine exactly the same way every time but the straps always fasten in a different position on my wrist, it’s a phenomenon 🤷♂️🤦♂️😂

Great video!!!! Ive seen so many ways. Before you pass it through your knuckles you can actually take it and run it back and forth from your knuckles folding it right on top like around two three folds so you can have it packed on top of your knuckles not wrapping it around but folding it like two three folds from all along the knuckles and then rap it around, after start wrapping it through your fingers. That' is going to give you more padding right at the knuckle. That was a great video! 👏👏👏👏

I use fortress mate got them about 3 weeks ago best ones I’ve used!!

I’m the guy in yellow t shirt you were behind until just after 4K. It was my birthday! I was absolutely knackered before even starting, the sole reason I went to Widnes was because it was my birthday and wanted to see if I could do a PB on tired legs (I couldn’t). Otherwise I’d have went to one a bit nearer to home. I had nothing left in the tank when you went past me Great running anyhow, very impressive and you were faster than me on the day 😃 the guy who finished in second is in the same running club as me. Hopefully see you there or at another parkrun in the future!

How many calories in total?
No disrespect but I don’t think he’s counting calories with being out of camp. Probably eating enough to be full without feeling too heavy for all the work
Correct mate never count when out of camp eat healthy enough so that’s main thing 👊
