Even more proof that these are pre LG-OTIS era are the door and doortrack equipment, which are much closer to LG's equipment (interlock keyhole) than LG-OTIS/Sigma's. Btw, one of the four elevators (the one near Pull & Bear that was previously unrefurbished) is now modded by Sigma, similarly to Mall Ambasador's scenic elevators.

No wonder why the lift next door has been replaced despite Lift 5 being the only one who fell down back in 2017...

According to a local TKE tech, these elevators had been slightly modernized (probably in the early 2000s) with new controllers and Nagaoka/Mitsubishi "Superline" motors which explains why they run slower and much smoother.
