Primaris Impulsor | Warhammer 40K
Просмотров 607Год назад
Hey guys in this video I show my process of basing my Primaris Impulsor, the last piece to finish of my first ever Combat Patrol of Space Marines and Warhammer40K purchase. I had such a fun time painting these and I have for sure been bitten by the space Marine bug, among other Warhammer bugs. I have been coming up with a custom planet to build a narrative that ties all of my Warhammer models t...

If you are enjoying my content, please consider checking out my patreon! I will post all kinds of stuff there. It is a work in progress so I appreciate any and all patrons! patreon.com/jpxstudio I paint my first Space Marines, and a cool rock I find in my mom's backyard prompts me to work on a cool Grimdark miniature diorama with Jetback exhaust fumes and mounds of used shell casings. You could...

Thanks for helping me get my paint job for Space Marine 2!
Great video. Will pick up some of these soon. Love your energy 👍
Awesome sir. You are a credit to our hobby. Really incredible job. I find Osprey books to be a treasure trove of information and colour plates. Also any magazine articles or books all the better.
What was your go to glue or cememnt for your miniatures....? Also will you be pisting a painting video?
The models look fantastic but the theme music makes it even better.
Vive Napoleon ❤ Vive l Empereur 🇨🇵
Please never stop making them
Love your videos
Good inspiration. ----------------- An eagle never never was left behind.
I'm gonna use a lot of beakies for my army
Is that rifle from an eliminator box?
yes!
Bro nice work keep up the good work ❤
very nice work..wonder if you can help with the saddle of the dragoon which has the saddle pockets or pouches over the sheepskin..looks like the back row second from left,, sheep skin is white with yellow teeth, the square part is green but there is another part over that and i cant find a reference to what color that is..hope this makes sense|! .
Are u taking about the squares around the edges? It is the colour of the regiment. Then u have wool over the saddle. Then u have the back half is green and line with a silver colour. If that makes sense.
@@rettson22 tks for the help!
just starting but do not know how i should base the perry's i just got
great job, grettings from OMAHA WARGAMES.
Wow, great video, great work. These Dragoons look superb. The only Victrix kit I have is the Anglo-Saxon Huscarls, but I have wanted to get more of their superb figures for ages, now. I'm a kit basher and magpie skirmish game player, mainly twentieth century and sci-fi, although I also play the fantasy rank and flank games Oathmark and Kings Of War (the Huscarls are for my Northern Alliance army). Anyway, I'm thinking of getting the Dragoons or some other Napoleonic kit for...my Wood Elf force. I think a head swap with a load of helmeted heads from an Oathmark Elf Infantry set would fit well. Green and yellow/gold braid uniforms, replace some holstered carbines with bows...if not, they might work as is with a random human Ambush force. Who knows? Watched to see what they looked like, and they look pretty good. Enough rambling - thanks for your enthusiastic, entertaining video! Subbed. Cheers from Kernow.
El ultimo cuadro de la guardia imperial en waterloo???? Merde!!! La guardia lucha pero no se rinde!!!
Just got into the hobby and picked the Drukhari as my first army. Excited to get after it. Great vid man
Thanks a lot! I love the Incubi, they just look so cool. Will be adding on to that army this year and hopefully can get to making a video. Happy painting and thanks for the support!!
Funcken is a great source for XVII & XVIII. century european armies. The two books are floating arround for a few bucks. Try it!
It’s beautiful, but no one is bothered by the fact that they are one and a half times larger than the original model due to the base?
I just paint
However I would like to field my army one day, that’s really the only model I have that’s a tiny bit taller than the others. Hopefully no one minds!
THOSE LOOK SICK AS FUCK, NICE FUCKING JOB
FUCK YEAH THANK YOU SO FUCKIN MUCH
I wish I had your talent, maybe then my minis wouldn’t look like I painted them using my feet!
Haha! Thank you so much!! Keep painting my friend!!!
Dude those look beautiful nice job.
Thank you so much!!!
Good job dude
Thank you so much!
DUDE THATS SO COOL I WISH I WAS AS GOOD AS A PAINTER AS THAT
Keep painting! Thank you so much!
Great work! Keep on producing videos like this! Can you tell me where I can get this item, you fixed the minis while spraying the primer? Thx Stefan
Thank you! I will be working on more Napoleonics next year. These are mostly Perry Miniatures!!
Excuse me these are victrix minis!
Whoa! This is awesome! I really wasn't a fan of the floaty tanks, but I really like the idea of it as a troop transport😮 reminds me of modern helicopters.
They look great
Thank you a bunch!!
Come back man
Ill be back
@@jpxstudios ok Arnold
Dead French. Sir Arthur Wellesley approves
i can only wish that figure companies like hat, orion, red box, airfix, italeri, zvezda, strelets make sets of figures containing only casualties of infantry, cavalry and artilery men
Great video, can’t believe you haven’t got thousands of followers. Motivating to say the least!
I really enjoy your content. Can you make some more videos for us? Keep up the good work man.
Very nice figs unfortunately the drum on your drummer is upside down
After I base cavalry, but before flocking, I usually use plumbers epoxy(a fix-it-stik from Lowe's, 8 bucks for a huge stick) to fill in the area between model bases to make the ground level. you can also press an eraser from a pencil in the still unset putty to make hoof prints. Later fill in the 'hoofprints' with water effects at the end to simulate muddy ground.
Amazing work, I’m switching from tanks to Napoleonic, and ACW.
Твёрдая рука!
Thank you for teaching me ive been playing warhmer for 5 months now and im realy enjoying the painting this will help me make my models look nice as i play salamanders i want the to look bright but i didnt know how until i saw this vid so once again thank you and happy hobbying
AVE DOMINUS NOX!
That's so sick
Damn now I’m self conscious about how mine look
No need to feel that way my friend! Im sure they are great, many minis go unpainted!
Awesome work! I just found your videos and it’s fun seeing your army expand.
Thank you so much!!
Good to see you back bro. I noticed that mask on your sleeve - did Jeff Srsic do that? He does very high quality Japanese tats. I tried to warn you about not dropping new vids on the regular. Hope the new job works for you.
Thanks David!! Your support means a lot to me. A buddy of mine did the tattoo!!

Full disclosure, I think space marines look dumb and not cool. And. Yet! This looks sick. Rock is my favorite tho. Love the rock. Love the extra deets.
