This is where Roof Maxx has had tremendous success... we treat the customer's roof (if it qualifies) then provide a 5 year warranty and a letter of inspection stating that it has five or more years of life. Many of our customers have had these insurance letters and decisions overturned through this process.

They actually do care about a functioning roof. In many states, the law sides with 🐸homeowners that an insurer can only require a roof replacement if it is proven that the "condition of roof" not the age of roof or appearance of roof is in order. After a roof maxx treatment a licensed inspector can issue a report to most insurers that states that the roof is in adequate condition to last 5 or more years. @@RoofMaxx I deal w/ homeowners every day that are receiving non-renewals on 10-15 year old roofs. Sure, i can write a report that the roof is in good condition and has 5 more years of life and legally the insurance company has to extended coverage. That being said, its highly likely that the annual premiums will increase dramatically as an older roof is considered a higher liability. Spraying it with reconditioner does not mitigate the age of the roof.

It doesn't change the age of the roof but it improves the condition dramatically! Many of our customers in Florida have just had their coverage extended. For those who may not have the cash to purchase a new roof, this is a great way to extend the life and in many cases, reverse insurance cancellations.

To protect our client's privacy, we aren't sharing the details of their insurance, but we've seen countless situations with many carriers. Our dealers know the process to go through to provide an insurance company with the information they need to understand that the roof has years of life left.

If you can afford a new roof, that's one option. Some people feel strongly about maintaining what they have rather than just throwing what could be a perfectly good, excellently performing roof in the landfill. Not to mention how poorly made many new shingles are nowadays. The roof you have might be better quality! Google "shingle manufacturer lawsuit."

Many of our dealers have been installing roofs for 30+ years. They believe in the product for the roofs that qualify. And they get to provide an affordable option that is actually PROVEN to work and GUARANTEED. Roofers with an open mind love the stuff. I agree, it's not roofers fault that prices have skyrocketed but that doesn't mean that Roof Maxx isn't a good option for them to carry as well or for many of their customers!

Please don't put cooking oil on your roof! The result would be terrible.
