I'm an introvert and the easiest way for me to meet other people and make connections is definitely meeting friends of my friends, it feels safer that way as I already have someone there that I know together with the person(s) I'm meeting for the first time. It's easier to break the ice with my friends around strangers I meet for the first time and I've made some wonderful friends over the years that way. But I have of course pushed myself out of the comfort zone and met strangers on my own, despite feeling uncomfortable at times and overthinking how they might react to me but in the majority of cases, people are nice to me when I meet them so it's true, we really have nothing to lose by trying to make contact with people. Great video that I think a lot of us introverts can relate to and find helpful! :)

Thank You. I am a 58 year old addict who's been whackin it for as long as he can remember. Everyday I spend hours upon hours just going at it like a jack hammer. But only now after watching a 12 year old in a youtube self help phase give terrible advice to quitting addiction that I finally managed to beat it (pun intented 😉)
