You still have the OEM Bontrager stem! I have one the same color and modded with some new componentry. Bloggers want to talk about the downhill performance. I tuned it out with a 100mm Fox fork, a little shorter stem and of course riser bars. Glad to see you out enjoying the ride.
I just got one and read up about its history and man… gotta be careful doing steep downhills.

Doable of course, but no where near as good as a bike with modern geometry.

@@ozy984 Good for you! My LBS still has not received ant Santa Cruz bikes that I know of? Last time I spoke to them they were saying that Santa Cruz isnt even taking orders for 2021 bikes at this point.
