The tubing will now easily come off without breakage. If you fin...

    Curious abt an update on this. Working on a vertplanter scape w nepenthes & sarracenia myself, and my worry has been abt nutrients/minerals leeching from the terra cotta planter. Im guessing this planter is volcanic clay (the stuff aquasoil is made from) so id assume the carnivores wouldnt like that?

    I know this is 2 years old, but listen to it. It is the truth. We have a responsibility to the animals in our care to provide a proper and safe environment. To provide them with places to shelter and daily nutrition. Whether it is a dog, cat, fish or coral when we decide to possess these organisms we commit ourselves - our time and money to learning what “proper care” means and them implementing what we learn. If you can do that the reward can be nothing short of breathtaking.

    Kent, I guess this is too serious a subject to garner many comments, but very well said. The same applies to ponds, as I'm sure you know. It's a shame so many people get sold a bill of goods without realizing what they're getting into. Like a garden it's lots of work and it always a cyclical process. You get things going well and you're on top of the world and then something happens and your in the dumps, but it's your ability to take on those challenges and prevail that makes it worthwhile. Happy Fish Keeping!

      @@aqualabaquaria I've been searching for a review on the UNS co2 regulators. UNS is such a reputable brand, but I haven't seen any reviews for any of their regulators. What I'm mostly curious about is end of tank dump, since some of their regulators are single stage. I was wondering since UNS is a higher-end brand, do their single-stage regulators cause end of tank dump? That's kind of specific, but I think it would be something cool to review since UNS is such a big brand, but there are no reviews for their regulators!

    • @aqualabaquaria
      @aqualabaquaria 4 года назад

      I’m pretty sure that any single diaphragm regulator is going to possibly experience end of tank dump. The UNS regulator would not be any different.
