Just trying to live my best life, self improving day by day. I love sharing and discussing self improvement accountability videos, positivity and motivation, and reaching my goals.
I made this channel as an outlet to cope with loneliness, and it evolved into a self help kind of thing that I hope will help others.
A little bit of kindness goes a long way and is something our world is missing.
My videos discussing my military life are not reflection of the DoD. My opinions are my own and I always try to discuss it in a positive and respectful way towards my fellow servicemember.
Also, I barely edit my videos because it brings the vibe from when RUclips used to be RUclips, with the early years vlogs.
I am currently on a journey of healing from vaping and drinking. Vaping made me feel very sick and drinking is not compatible with someone trying to lead a healthy fitness focused life. So thank you for your interest. Thank you for subscribing and for your interest on my channel❤️

There isn’t much going other than sticking to the plan of staying sober. 2 weeks of sobriety from alcohol and 4 weeks of vaping. Hopefully your procedure went well. My doctor gave me my bras. I did through the military so they really took good care of me and gave me 3 size L front opening bras I think? I don’t remember at this point. Sorry :(
