Great video but I do have a few questions could I possibly lose weight by eating this way? Are carbs included?
We're not nutritionists, and every body is different, but generally speaking sticking to fresh fruits and vegetables, pasta, olive oil, and fish can lead to weight loss! Carbs are a part of any balanced diet, so they are a part of this one as well!
Yes, you can lose weight - go light on the carbs. Instead of 'pasta with veggies' have 'veggies with pasta' - cut down, don't cut out! And walk more... It's part of the plan! More fruits and veggies, uncooked (raw) olive oil, less meat, fewer carbs! In bocca al lupo, or Good Luck!!!
