Hi Frank, I am not a doctor, only a believer. I do have family members who have dealt with similar issues (it may not be the same thing though), but with prayer and also with an appointment with a doctor and some minor medications, relief was found for them. I certainly can't promise this will be a solution for you, but I know it can't hurt to try. Rest when you are feeling attacked and stressed is also a very good thing as it was something Elijah and Jesus did and needed also. Sometimes reading smaller verses and just pondering on them is a better solution for now also. The Psalms always seem to lift the spirit and maybe some good Christian music you can find to help soothe your spirit. I can't fix or solve this for you, but I will lift you up to our Father and ask all that read this to do the same for you! God loves you and does not want you to get desperate or give up. Please consider seeing a doctor and maybe they can run some bio tests and blood tests. As I mentioned, it helped my family member tremendously and they have done so much better after. I just prayed for you in the name of Yeshua Jesus!
