Adventure Quest - Warrior, stacking spores on Carnax (level 300)
Not bad for only taking 17 mins to deplete all that health. I don't normally care much for beating unbeatable bosses, but I don't mind doing this one because it was mostly easy to do.
The only hard part was staying alive in the early portion of the fight, but once that was over the rest of the fight was easy.
Technically I beaten him already from a while ago when, most of the Fungibushi set was first released except the armour, but I wasn't recording it at the time.

Adventure Quest - Warrior, using the Fungibushi set
Просмотров 27221 час назад
I was updating my warrior gear and thought it'd be a cool idea to use the set against some bosses. For bun-banneret I used blood of the shattering deep to petrify it and use the armour's wind toggle to make my ice weapon's skill deal wind damage. With Baorus I thought it was kind of amusing to beat him with a similar strategy that he's using, like he's healing off of his poison and I was healin...
Adventure Quest - FDBR, using the pixie armour

I was just fooling around with the armour, and I had this idea of finding something to trigger the defloss toggle from the pixie armour without getting hit in return. And it was me using spectral chain which is this spell from the info subs here forums2.battleon.com/f/fb.asp?m=22352751 and although it's a one time use per battle, I learned that just attempting to cast it again is enough to trig...
Adventure Quest - FDBR build against random mobs
Просмотров 104Месяц назад
Just an easy and chill video. For the most part I was basically just having my way with these mobs, through bleed stacking with the helldiver weapon, hypersalinate locker combo, burn eater with the deep sea throne weapon and some spellcasting with paladin class and the eternal champion armour. I don't really plan on making the burn eating a part of my build for the long term, I figured because ...

The first couple attempts I made on this boss I ended up getting wrecked by the SP attack. And this ended up taking longer than I expected to record because I kept adding more steps to this strategy, and having to memorise it all. To break it down, I had yellow pirate armour it's FD and protects against water and wind, I couldn't be bothered to go get kindred shield because that was the only, d...
Adventure Quest - FDBR, School Locker showcase #2
Просмотров 183Месяц назад
Just some more school locker shenanigans. For this fight it's pretty simple, as soon I was able to stun this boss, I did this loop of gaining BTH by intentionally missing with the gatling gun, inflicting Hypersalinate with the timekiller crossbow. After that imbued my attacks to water from the olympax misc and used the school locker to deal lots of damage, while gaining a ton of SP back. The Hy...

I was having some fun using this new weapon that was recently released. And I decided the huntress felt like a good enough boss to show off this weapon. P.E mementos is good you can prevent her from gaining SP by inflicting disease, so it'll take her a little bit before she can use her nuke. Ninja countermeasures to inflict panic to reduce the damage of the nuke, and you can see that it works w...
Adventure Quest - Warrior, Little Reme D The Second

Nothing much to say, it's a simple warrior setup that uses the melee spell Arctic Impact and the auto hit ghost guest. Soul of sole shield is there for extra SP, I used the Mermazon armour just to showcase you can cleanse the ele vuln debuff, and I used the Nerizzler pet to rizz me more MP. I heard initially this boss was a lot tougher so I wasn't able to try that version out at the time. This isn't too hard but I sitll had a good time regardless figuring out this boss, and coming up with a strat for it. Basically what I did was I used an auto hit weapon, and I was timing my attacks in a way it would hit the boss as it's descending down the well, and this allows my guest and pet t...

Adventure Quest - FDBR, Claw Arm
Просмотров 1165 месяцев назад
Hi it's been a while and I was thinking what boss I could fight to show off the claw arm. And rather than find some light boss weak to dark, I used lurking doombinder as my choice. Normally this boss drains dark damage, but I changed that with the rainbow raygun to make him weak to dark instead. And I inflicted status weakness to ensure I can easily inflict dark ele vuln from guest and the claw...
Adventure Quest - Warrior, Prime Conduit (Magnus Strat)

So recently I remembered there were these magnus shields, for both earth and fire and thought it'd be cool to make some strat using them. But couldn't figure one out until I thought about using the earth version against Prime Conduit. I kept resetting the fight until he was attacking with earth damage, which meant I could use the eternal champion armour and use the caster lean from it, to incre...

Requested by Jamo, this is me beating up the chessmaster gauntlet which wasn't too hard, all the fights leading up to prime conduit were pretty much a breeze. Adventure Quest - My warrior build vs trash mobs

I know I mostly upload videos of me beating up bosses with my warrior build. But figured someone will probably would want to know, how this build goes up against random mobs. How encounters usually go, I get Wolfbat swarm guest to give me SP and FGM is there to give me mana to upkeep my guest. And with all the ...

So I know more stuff about this boss more than what I did back in the previous video, so I wanted to try out a different strategy for this and I think it turned out great. Maybe not the best fire armour I could've used but I really didn't care, and I thought it'd be amusing to beat him with it. Basically what I was doing I kept hitting the boss with fire damage, so all his attacks plus the SP a...

Adventure Quest - FDBR vs D'Elf-ly E Series (Anim Guard)
I'm so happy we got nechromech as a FD dark energy armor, starslayer is wayyyy easier to beat now IMO. Bun Banneret kill was very cool, good to see an item like the Nemesis Mace getting used. Very cool vid all around
Saw this on my recommended videos and instantly got hit with a wave of nostalgia. Didn't really understand AQ as a kid and I sorta do now as an adult. Nonetheless a pretty neat watch.
Absolutely devious find wtf
Nice vid!
I kept forgetting to watch this, but it was a very fun watch, nice to see a few different very strong strategies used. I was surprised around 14:15 when your damage got cut to .411x, I didn't realize one turn of missing 6 hits had that much impact, for some reason I thought it was less
Same I sometimes underestimate how much of an impact me missing, has on my damage output. If I used power gauntlet before that it probably would've killed, but at the time I thought I didn't need to with the amount of health it had, and then I was wrong and it ended up living.
Finally got around to watching this, very nice. Cool to see the END weapon having a good use. It was funny when you took out mosquito and it started hitting for zero because the boss stole the damage reduction though hehe
With my warrior build, I managed to win using Fear Nukin, I cast protection in the first turn to be able to resist the sp attack, and I spent the turn just using prime chaos orb, and in the next turns I nukin he into oblivion.
Nicely done. I've actually seen on discord someone also used terror eater and PCO to beat xyfrag.
whats the build
FDBR (Fully Defensive Beastranger)
@@chris07xeven thanks
idk if you play but where did you get all your items in this video
To be honest with you I'm not really sure at least not off the top of my head. But in my opinion you find much better items for mages than what I used here in 2021, and lastly I would ask someone else if you need help with mage related builds because I don't actively play a mage nowadays.
I know we talked about this fight other places too but you figured out a way to get enough hits with the low level gatling gun in to manage your BTH lean which is sick, awesome that it's enabled by the massive SP gain from Locker. I wonder if it might be possible for another element too, but I don't think many of those other SP healing weapons scale off elemental resistance, so a freeze + resource heal with them wouldn't work, unless I'm forgetting something. Very cool
the sp upkeep on this thing is wild, very nice showcase. Clone seems to be able to add a fifth hit to the SP healing too if I saw correctly, which is interesting (although maybe you just missed one of the four hits and I didn't notice)
Finally got around to watching this, love an FD warrior showcase, fun stuff. Also, the SP sustain with sole + fruitcake brick is surprisingly strong, awesome. I might eventually try to combo it with an SP regen armor as well (werewolf or bun barian or eternal champ, but obviously I'd need a water one)
That locker is a must have for rangers.
What about helldiver weapon
Great showcase for the locker is fun weapon and sp regeneration makes it even better
what weapon is that?
Weapon is Galeforce Argent Point, and if you want to find the location here use this link, it's the 2nd wind weapon on the list under standard weapons adventurequestwiki.fandom.com/wiki/Ranged_Weapons#Wind
Why you so tank?
Late but if you're still curious, it's the FD armor (.8x incoming damage) combined with the defensive misc (.5x incoming damage) + healing guest sometimes + cleansing the elevuln so the boss damage cannot ramp up
@@gracexisthrith908 whats the misc name and how to get it? Thanksfor reply 😀
Nice new version of fairy godmother
Nice hit timing strategy, I kept getting distracted and messing up, but her damage output isn't anything crazy on this version so it went okay
I forgot to comment, but nice to see the new spells getting used. I've been thinking of drafting up a spellcaster warrior, but I haven't come up with anyone too interesting yet (other than just throwing SC lean armors on a warrior), so I haven't gotten around to it
Nice video and using choke my fav status. Have you seen Gibbys video on devourer saga been quite enjoying that as fun challenge
Thanks. And no i haven't there's actually a couple of vids of his I have yet to get around to watching because I was busy.
I wanted to try this built but i have mixed feelings because turret dont move and i have an energy drain, remnant vi and overload or incinerate
Interesting idea getting it to weak darkness, might try that myself
Kinda funny but of all the times I've killed this boss in the past. This is the fastest and the least complicated way I've done it.
Very cool
Interesting strategy for you used
Sweet showcase, very fun and interesting watch. At first I was stunned by the unironic banshee form, but I thought about it while watching and I guess reliable three hit FO armor is useful on its own, on top of Shadowfall raiment taking a massive damage cut to inflict elevuln (which is sometimes great but not in the situation you were in). There's definitely gear that does better than it in a lot of situations, but for a spell slot on a warrior, not a bad option at all
Thanks. I kinda like the banshee form it's not even FO but neutral actually, and I figured just in case whatever I face in the future hits hard with dark damage like entropy I can use banshee instead to take less damage, since shadowfall takes more incoming damage than a FO armour by taking x1.313 compared to the usual x1.25. As a bonus banshee had decent water resistance so it fit really well into the prime abyss fight.
@@chris07xeven Oh I hadn't even noticed it was neutral, I feel silly. In that case yeah, also nice that it has okay water res, I think the shapeshifter forms all follow the elemental wheel, so makes sense its water res is good
Nice video just confirms how good your warrior build is now
I'd like to see a test on gauntlet, not a house one but a challenging one eg one where get LK chromatic channeling spell
Sure. I don't mind doing the chessmaster gauntlet for where you get the chromatic spell.
Very cool kill! Love a jojo reference at the beginning too. The dark invader armor is funny, having burn weakness too, but it made me think I wonder if there's ever a situation where you might want the boss to inflict its status on you more reliably, so you could have more chances to lucky break and get regen. I think if the status was super weak, like a power 1 burn or something, that might be theoretically a good strategy. Not really practical but fun to think about. Again nice kill, I am gonna be using a different fire armor though myself hehe
Nice video, and cool random earth fire compression armor. I'm planning to get that one armor from Robina's monster hunt (Goragog?) to test out against the boss. Also, I think when your earth guest was hitting the boss, its damage cap was going up (so more damage) but also its MRM. Very cool
Thank you, I didn't notice that before how hitting it with earth damage affected the boss. Hopefully you find other cool stuff from your testing.
Very cool resource management, nice. And using higher hit count armors too is always cool
Yeah fun fight, wingweaver shield saved me when saw burn doing 800 plus damage and ultra cheese as awe element ice and got PWD
Very nice. I was actually gonna try a very similar setup with the paxia shield and malibu twilly. I can't remember if Lucretia has a burn resistance potion either, but I was gonna add that if I could for like a 80%+ chance of resisting his burn
Thank you. Nah she doesn't have a burn resistance pot, it would've been really nice to have though.
Damn i really the way you are using those pets and guests!!!
Very clean kill, nice
Dude the resource management with the werepyre passive toggle (bloodlust?) + fruitcake brick + werepyre bats with good accuracy is nuts. Very cool kill. Also how do you like spider leg for mana regen? I've thought about using it but apparently it doesn't work with weapon based skills, and it seems a little inconvenient is all
Thank you, also yes I had bloodlust toggle active too. Tbh the spider leg is not that great for mana regen since it can heal like 116 mp or a little more with heal res gear, but had it not been for this boss's damage cap I could've just relied on the necklace misc, so together alongside FGM helped me fully or if not almost refund the entire cost from inflicting drowning. I thought it did work with weapon based skills, I've tested and it works with h series missles and basketbreath, still wouldn't recommend the weapon unless whatever you're doing really needs that extra MP regen.
@@chris07xeven Good to know it works with weapon based skills, someone made a bug report about it not working a while back but they must've fixed it. Oh I hadn't thought about the damage cap being the reason, but that makes sense. I'm trying to think of other mana restore items on attack, there are a few, but they're all pretty similar (except Infinita and Akasha Wand I think, which are damage scaled). I gotta relook at the numbers on the HDL weapons and see how the magic one holds up
the good old days :))))))))) it's nice to see someone still playing it
Ended up optimising the setup to make this more reliable, now I don't equip a luna neko armour alongside fenrir guest because I forgot those armours have a passive to make you more accurate with 100 procs, I use the lvl 85 version of the gatling gun and grakma horn misc. With those adjustments I was able to miss more often to the point I was able to get +0 BTH or even +8 which is nice.
Nice kill. Cool resource management on the stun turns with SFP + FGM as well as just micromanaging the lean change all the time
Thanks, glad you noticed me managing the lean change because if I didn't do that, there's a decent chance I could end up not dealing enough damage to get to next phase because of negative BTH causing me to miss, and then die from a potential fire or light attack from Bun-Banneret, which has happened a couple times before I got this attempt on video.
@@chris07xeven I think it was the second or last stun phase where you missed 2/3 hits on the first master archer attack I was like damn. It's definitely a liability at times I suppose. I'm trying to figure out if it makes sense to carry a low level weapon to make miss chance almost guaranteed or not, I might try out a few versions of the idea
@@gracexisthrith908 yep it was second to last phase at 6:10. I'm not gonna lie I was getting nervous when that happened lol, and I might consider doing that tbh just using the lowest level of the gatling gun, since it's not like i'm using it for damage anyway.
@@chris07xevenI'm trying to figure out if I could run a setup where I have multiple weapon based skills (not FD obviously), and one level 1 ranged weapon along with my normal setup, and then I could use the skills with different hitcount depending on how much I wanted to change my accuracy. I'm not sure if it would actually be useful though, or if I'd just be wasting resources / time doing it, I'd probably have to play around with it a while to see if it's worth the hassle
@@gracexisthrith908 sounds like a cool idea to me but like you already mentioned, I'd be questioning if its worth using your resources for that.
slow bro
Cool video, what's your opinion on new dex update
I think it's not bad and interesting. You'll easily do more damage on monsters with low ranged defence, and for monsters with high ranged defence you'll have an easier time hitting them with the BTH increase from missing.
Cool. That weapon is gonna be nuts for bleed stacking. I think against lower damage caps it might even be possible to do one attack in master archer, then swap to an FD setup with Fracture Point and just leave it bleeding, so it would even be pretty efficient
Only a minute in but using the big clone pet to ramp accuracy so you can land your status spells is madman activities. I love it
Excited to have this as a compilation of DEX before the stat revamp. And it's just cool
Great idea really enjoyed highlights but could do before and after stat revamp comparing build
Ty. To be honest I don't know if I really care enough to do a before and after type thing. But one thing for sure is i'll at least put out my general thoughts, on what becomes of DEX when the stat revamp goes live.
Nice video. I'm adding Neko weapons to the list of weapons that do something passively which could potentially make it worth it to use azamay egg instead of draw mana from a tome. So far I've got Oath of Desire, Fracture Point / Clones, MADM Weapons, Multimaul (until nerf maybe), Foam Finger, Sacred Paladin Weapons, the new Stygian / Abyssal Cursed Blades, and now Neko weapons
my account can kill that with 3 attacks, with build like this; 300 strength, 250 dexterity and 250 luck
Nice to see a use for rock thrower, cool status resistance setup
Ministry of defense with werepyre + choke strats, seems pretty resource efficient too. Cool video
Thanks. I've realised since switching from FO ranger to mage is that I prefer being a werepyre, and I really like it a lot better than the other times I've picked vampire for a mage build.
Nice, I hope you keep playing beastmage. Fun to use element resistance statuses against older bosses with high resists like this
Thanks, I am interested to see how far I can take it with beastmage. So I think it's safe to say I'll be continuing to play beastmage for a good while at least.
