Yea 🙁Because of the skins. If you really wanted to, you could build it out of wood and metal because I dont use any building mods so its vanilla building. But like you said, it wouldn't be the same.

Thanks! I just really dont like skin for the steampunk walls. I looked at a bunch of steampunk images online when trying to decide what to build and most of them were wooden anyway so I thought, well... guess we try the wild west skin. Im glad you like it ❤😄

Technically, I believe that Pterodactyl is just a generic name for flying dinosaurs and a Pteranodon is a Pterodactyl. Idk that for sure though. @Willow-Playsgames I know a lot of people do the Explorer notes on the maps to help level up faster. Not sure if you have found all of them yet, but it might help.

My next video is Rock Drake eggs cause I am NOT going to try riding a Yi Ling on the surface again.😝 Im going to ride this Yi Ling one more time into the red to get whatever egg I pick up first lol then Im never riding that guy again.

Thanks! You're too nice to me. I did consider claiming a baby too but that wouldnt make for a very long video 🤣 I would also have to kill the parent with the baby. I havent seen any random babies waiting for me to claim them yet, lol and Im afraid of the adults since they killed my roll rat. I usually take 3 ravagers just to kill them (for Organic Polymer) since they can pick up 2 dinos at once. How annoying. I also use the Megalosaurus for the river run if I dont have a Karkinos. They do just as good but my Karkinos can hit a wider range so less smashing ☺

@@Willow-Playsgames definitely. I'm a bit fussy when doing the river run as I try not to target the fish. Sorry, next time I will be less nice, joking 😂

That would be really hard to do, no? Id have to impregnate myself 20 times to do the boss. Woah, that seems like a lot.. and Im not sure if you can even take Reapers to the boss fight because they are pretty strong. I will probably tame a bunch of those sleepy guy dinosaurs. Remember those? Megalosaurus. I might mutate a few and take those with us.

Thanks! My next video is my big base. It turned out okay, I think. That spot is my favorite. I built there my first time on ASE and I just have a soft spot for it. I think Ill build a base in the blue too just so that I have a chance to build somewhere new 🙂

@@TreeMan25 Its a really nice spot because its so flat. Since you cant stack foundations in vanilla, thats important to me, lol. Its not too far from water either and thats good but I do remember the pipes about a million miles long in ASE going up that cliffside!

I used to play on my single player game. When Aberration came out, I switched to a Nitrado server for my Lets Play videos. I still do my Lets Build videos on Single player. I do play on the Nitrado server by myself though... so its not a solitary server but I am on it by myself. Or were you suggesting I go back to my single player?

I do not remember the maps by name, but if this is the map I think it is, this was one of my top three favorites! I'll need to wait and find out if this is the map where you crawl on walls. It has been a while since I played on the ASE maps but ASA has make a lot of visual upgrades.

Its possibly this map. Climbing walls with picks? That is this map for sure. Just yesterday I was scaling a massive cliff with climbing picks just to stagger the water tanks to get water to my tiny base. Climbing with a dino is a little different. Thylas can do that and I THINK they were added in the redwoods before the official release of Ark. Megalania can do that too and I think they came out with Ragnarok. Im sure this is the map you are talking about though. We played it together. They had the wing things for your back so you could glide around. Saved me from falling death soooo much.

Oh, and Rock Drakes can climb walls too!

yea, They were sooooo easy. I was so worried I was going to put in all that work and lose without enough time to try again and it was hands down the easiest fight Ive done. @Willow-Playsgames I finally got the courage to do a boss fight on the center but was worried about losing everything. I used 10 of the deinosuchus. Beat them so quickly. I'm hearing mixed reactions about the next map.

I played Sooooo much ASE. I actually started Ark when it was still in Beta. When ASA came out, I had to let it go because I only have time for one of them and I chose ASA. It was a sad day to let it go but I did finally uninstall ASE. I dont often play with many mods, I have never played with one that adds creatures and the only total conversion I have ever played was WAAAAAYYY back in primitive plus for ASE. I guess its never out of the question though. Maybe someday Ill be bored and want to spice up my game play! Thanks for your suggestion and your comments!
