First! And second, why was this on my 'recommended'? And also this sounds AWEFULLY racist... Euphemism: "those that attend are the ones that are open minded" In other words "if you disagree with us you are a worthless waste of space" "why is this important" goes on to explain nothing but "diversity is the foundation that fuels creative innovation"... No, no diversity is not, that is racist talk for "we need to higher based on race and color" Awards by race: "30% white, 28% hispanic, 17% black" Well, that seems to be racist right there... 6% of the applicants are black, 12% of the population is black, 17% of grants are black 62% of the applicants are white, 76% of the population is white(including 18% hispanic), 30% goes to whites, including 28% going to hispanics 18% of the population is hispanic and 21% of the applicants 28% of the grants go to hispanics Asians make up 7% of the population and 25% of the grants So 7% get 25% 12% get 17% 18% get 28% 58% get 30% For some reason I have a feeling some of these people are getting grants based off of race... Sounds a bit... RACIST...
