How did you plot the outlet pressure curves by keeping C/ratios constant? Thanks!
The github link is not working please reshare it.
The github link is not working, please give alternative link.
Hello, what is the unit of the Resistance used?
How do you create "Merged Centerlines" when creating centerlines?
Sublime work!
Great project, however, it seen the order of 15 is missed?
The right part of the slide is covered, other than that great and informative!
Is the powerpoint slide available by any chance?
As of the date of this comment, the 1D tool is now found under "ROM Simulation". The 0D tool is also in there.
The presentation is great. The only problem is that the right part of the slide is not visible.
Hello! What is the unit measure of the entries in the steadyflow.txt file?
I believe it's mL/s
How to create flow files ?
Hi! This is a great tutorial. As explained In the second part of it, when we have a solid geometry, we can create a fluid volume. But how do we add a boundary layer mesh to the fluid? Thanks in advance.
my simvascular does not open meshes exported by other applications, it has an empty screen
Hello, thank you very much for this video it was super useful. Could you kindly upload the link to the VIT image used during the video tutorial please. Thank you in advance.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but I have a question about the pressure parameter in the vessel properties: If I did a rigid simulation in which as a condition to the outlet I put R = 0 and P0 = 0 (zero pressure condition) what pressure do I use as a parameter to be included in the properties of the wall? I know this type of condition is not the best to use but sadly I haven't been able to find better solutions for the moment.
Hello, Is it possible for you to upload the execution version of the TetGen for the WINDOWS directly in the Github? I am facing issues in creating the execution file using Microsoft visual studio. Thanking you in advance.
This is really cool stuff!
This is an amazing project! Thanks for sharing it as an open-source project!
when I create the data, i get an error saying that I need a presolver. How do i fix that?
same problem(((
Hello, when I click "create data files..." I get an error saying "please make sure presolver exists" How can I fix this?
Hi, did you figure this out? Thanks !
crashes whenever I click on "machine learning". What can I do?
If Pmean is mmHg what would be the unit of Mean flow? thanks
Thank you for these tutorials! I'm working with aortic aneurysms which have a thrombus component. I am able to import the solid outer wall and generate the fluid domain with the help of your video. I am attempting to run this simulation on my Windows workstation. Is this possible or do I need a Linux machine?
Hello, currently svFSI does not work on Windows. However, you can use the Ubuntu Windows App. If you refer to this thread (simtk.org/plugins/phpBB/viewtopicPhpbb.php?f=188&t=10403&p=31539&start=0&view=) in the SimVascular User Forum, you can see more explanation of this and ask for additional assistance. The User Forum is monitored daily, as opposed to these RUclips comments.
Great. looking forward to tutorial regarding pressure waveform as inlet using GenBC. thanks SV Team
Noted! Thanks for watching!
Thank you Mr.Martin Pfaller. I have a questions to ask.How can i get a numerical value from paraview for pressure, velocity, WSS(Wall Shear Stress) and particularly OSI(Oscillatory Shear Index) results.
Hi! There are more example available on the SimVascular website (simvascular.github.io/docsFlowSolver.html#postprocess). You can change the display for pressure, WSS, velocity, and OSI from within Paraview. Let us know if you have more questions. The SimVascular User Forum (simtk.org/plugins/phpBB/indexPhpbb.php?group_id=188&pluginname=phpBB) is checked more frequently than RUclips if need more immediate response!
thank you for your clear and valuable explanation
You are welcome!
woul be geat if all parameters presented in paraview from SV would be covered in videos
A new paraview video is coming next week!
The new Paraview video is now live!
waiting for more tutorial videos
We now have 17 videos on the channel!
very informative
Glad you think so!
please include videos concerning simulations parameters and corresponding visualization parameters in Paraview. thanks, SV great Team
A simulation video was just uploaded, and the Paraview video will be up next week!
Both videos are now on the channel
Expecting more video tutorial for blood flow simulation in coronary artery and AortoFemoral model.
The aortofemoral model appears in most of our recent videos, and a coronary artery video will be up very soon!
Excellent waiting for more videos
There are a number of tutorial videos available in our Summer Tutorials series!
This software is amazing. I wish to work under supervision of Dr Marsden or Dr Shadden for my PhD.
Pls let us know about installation of Tetgen in windows using Microsoft visual studio 2012
