This is mostly a nice decor piece, but the TV itself is very humdum. It is from 1990, introduced in the Netherlands, so no eighties stuff here. The TV is a RF-input-only 2 watt single speaker mono TV (one grill is fake). Most models with the same tube got SCART RGB input, but not on this one. People pay crazy money for this, yet the average Philips Matchline you find second hand is the way superior product for less than half the money.

New subscriber i have just received one of these the other day in the box with the charger,handsfree and direction books. Its like brand new not a scratch it takes my O2 sim card and I've just found out that when i call out i can hear them but they cant hear me so i tried the handsfree and works great with that. Thinking it must be the mic thats blooked but scared to open it up. 😬

They should have a port for the Atari Lynx so you can hook it up to the TV.

I've just switched from a 3310 to this as my daily use phone, sold my iPhone last year! One of the best phones I've used, simple, user friendly and it looks awesome!

As 2024 this phone can only be used on O2 network until 2025 as phone but soon all UK networks will be dead soon

I remember being about 8 years old when I got my Lynx. I had originally asked my parents for a Game Boy for Christmas and a couple games. Then shortly before Christmas, my family went to the mall. I was in K-B Toys and saw the Lynx in the glass case. I saw the color screen and told my parents that is what I wanted instead of a Game Boy. They told me if I got that, I would only get one game to play due to the price difference. I told them I didn't care. My brother was saying I was stupid for wanting that instead of a Game Boy. I mean my parents knew the Atari brand....Nintendo was still kind of new to them. So they got me the Lynx for Christmas. After Christmas break and I went back to school, a lot of classmates where showing off their Game Boy. I pulled out my Lynx with the color screen and EVERYONE was impressed...so impressed, it got stolen that day....

This was my second phone, after a Motorola Microtac 2 which was my first. Loved this phone, despite its large size (great battery life though) Back when SMS wasn’t really a thing. Remember how damned cool having a mobile was.

I had one of these in the early '90's, until some 'SUMBAG' decided to brake into my house and stole it along with my 'Technics' HiFi set up, the loss of the TV and HiFi was about £1250, BUT the damage he did trying to get in was almost double that!
