Pseudobulbar affect (PBA) is a neurological condition marked by sudden, uncontrollable episodes of crying or laughing that are disproportionate or unrelated to the person's actual emotional state. Treatment includes FDA-approved medications such as dextromethorphan/quinidine (Nuedexta) and antidepressants, which help manage symptoms. Behavioral strategies and counseling, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), are also beneficial in coping with the social and emotional impacts of PBA.

If i am being completely honest, Nagpur is one of the worst AIIMS. Gmc nagpur is better. KEM and other GMCs in Mumbai are better.
