I’ve worked for enterpise rent a car as a driver for almost 8 years now and still get paid the same hourly rate as someone who just got the job yesterday. I like driving but I also want an opportunity to get a pay raise or move up based on my merit and not just when the company give everyone a pay raise across the board. I like talking to and helping people when I give them rides as well, so maybe this job would be good for me. If anyone has any experience doing this, can you let me in now the positive and negative experiences you’ve personally had?

do you need a class b license? or will a regular class c be just fine
