Ds3 has so many contenders for this spot. Midir, Gael, Nameless King, Sister Friede.

I’ve never had difficulty with any boss in any of the souls-borne series (I’ve 100% completed all of them but ds2), except for Aldrich from ds3. Actually the buggiest and worst enemy I’ve fought in any game. Fuck Aldrich.

Midir is so much fun to fight against in jolly cooperation. Since it already has lots of HP in solo mode, the boost it gets during co-op turns it into a Monster Hunter boss 😅

Midir has a lot of health but he isn't that hard. I would say friede is harder

I think The Sword Saint fight was so fun that I didn't realize it was difficult, it was never frusterating and every loss felt like a reward to fight him again.

Sister Friede is the hardest boss in Dark Souls 3 and no one can change my mind.

Just finished ds1 and its dlc for the first time. Manus was fairly easy. Artorias took me two hours longest i had had before him was ludwig at 1h. Fucking crazy boss on dex run

Funny thing about mannus.. well two things actually... 1. The "useless" pendant can deflect his aoe attack, 2. If U have enough ho and physical protection U can survive his wam bam multi hit combo with abit of health still

To be honest my only trouble about malenia is Waterflow the rest is kinda like fighting a washed Lady Maria. Orphan of Kos gave me way more trouble and trys than malenia did

The difference between all these bosses and malenia is -all these boss fights are fun and balanced even if difficult, on the other hand just like with many elden ring bosses, malenia is just anime spamming bulkshit boss

That end DLC bloodborne cunt was the worse! Absolutely loved Midir though and once you get the hang of it he becomes much more managable. Also special mention has to go to the end game Sekiro boss.

Fume knight is under whelming lvl adp to at minimum 23 and your rolls will now be consistent AND an extra 2 frames (15 frames a roll now)
