I just wanna start off by saying thank you for watching over an hour of this video, comments like yours motivate me to continue to create content 💯 As to what you said, that is a very good point, instead of calling at the end there. I should have raised to gain more value or even called all in to potentially get a call or a fold protecting my hand from being shown. I will say I have been playing a bit more since creating this video! However, I am still learning a ton everytime I play poker. If you happen to see any other “newbie” mistakes please comment! It’ll help me & any others that are learning to play poker as well 🤞🏽
@@DanteHatchett_ This is really cool and I hope everything goes well in your life and you always aim for more, I've been playing poker for 8 years and it's really crazy what poker can give you, I live here in Brazil and I'm constantly trying to improve my game because it's SOOOOOOO It's more complex than you can imagine, but due to its "luck" factor, beginners still have a chance of winning against a good player. What I can advise you is to stop playing on these sites and start playing (FREROLL) because even though you train you have a chance of winning prizes normally in dollars and you don't need to pay to play.

Hear me out, why would you not want to strengthen your shoulders overhead, When you throw overhead?
I’m not saying you’re wrong, I’m just wondering how lifting overhead could ruin my shoulders? Thanks for looking out ✊🏽
not exactly pushing overhead destroys your shoulders, but movements that you are doing behind your head
@@lmaolol8892 I agree, you definitely could pinch & have impingements if you’re at end of ranges/poor mobility. But with good shoulder & scapular mobility, along with good form (staying symmetrical) it would be beneficial to strengthen your shoulders in those positions behind your head as it will even target your rear deltoids vs in front of your head it is more pectoral muscle dominant. One isn’t better than the other, they both just target different groups of muscles, which is why I do both.
@@lmaolol8892 I would say the most important information in this situation for anyone wanting to follow these lifts is for them to lift within their means. Lift with good technique & focus on form. Increase weight as you can control it. Getting the weight up & controlling the weight up are two different things. Finally never give up, just remember it’s a marathon not a sprint & it gets easier, but you have to do it everyday! 📈💯

Get some kettlebells start doing paused goblet squats. You can order them from Rogue fitness.
This is a good idea. I’m currently training at Top Velocity & they have kettlebells. Although we don’t do goblet squats specifically, we do plenty of barbell front squatting which is pretty similar! Adding a pause in the squat is elite tho to advance to next level workouts 😮💨💯
@@DanteHatchett_ I will tell you exactly how to do them. You want to hold the bell not the handle. The handle should be pointing down towards your feet. Like you are holding a basketball right underneath your chin up against your chest. Go all the way down ATG pause for 2 seconds explode back up go heavy, you can do them 5 days a week fifty reps a day. I bet you could do 106lb. kettlebell. 5-10 reps. Try to get fifty reps in adjust accordingly. Right now I do them 5 days a week with 124lb. KB my sets are 5,6,6,7,7,8,10. Your legs will blow up.
@@jazzcat7300 Yo that workout does sound pretty crazy! I like the ATG & 2 seconds pause.ls. Helps isolate the glutes for god reps/posture. Did you just start out doing low weight high reps or how did you begin to work up to 50 reps/5 days a week at 124 Lbs?

Any tips to get Med ball overhead/seperation throw mph up, I just started today. I already am proficient in the squat, deadlift, clean, and bench press.
If you have the Top Velocity program, you should look at your evaluation sheet! If you find that you’re lacking anywhere with mobility, that is going to be a big killer of velocity. Secondly you should make sure you are throwing with the right mechanics, using the kinetic chain efficiency. If your mobility & kinetic chain are working efficiently together, then you might be lacking with intent or even your weight lifting may not be as proficient as possible. Feel free to DM me or Brent, via Instagram by sending some video footage of your overhead/separation throws and we can get you a video Analysis! @Dantehatchett or @topvelocity (Brent)

Send me a DM on IG I can send you some milestones you’ll need to hit between mobility, performance & biomechanics goals in order to throw 90+ MPH I also recommend you to strongly consider signing up for a 3x velocity camp which will include 1 year access of the pitching program along with 1 year gym access, a full mobility evaluation as well as the pitching biomechanics.

I only laughed at the fact that you started adding weight because I think everyone who makes it to 3 weeks realizes they can add weight😂😃 my mom just finished her first week today doing 70 squats a day and she’s got a goal set for next Christmas 🤙 thanks for the inspirational video👍👍 I do squats 6 days a week (100) and I just increased to 70 lbs ( I’m 150lbs) they’re hard as f*** but I’m enjoying the results so I can’t complain. That’s awesome you got your mom on the grind as well 😤 Congrats to you both, and anyone else who tries this workout. I’m sure you can definitely attest, it’s no easy task. Especially in the beginning, starting this challenge is going to be the hardest part in my opinion. But also staying constant with the workout is going to take some real dedication & persistence! @@DanteHatchett_ Exactly! I’ve done plenty of squats in my time, great exercise btw, and the mental aspects of it are tough as well! The mma fighters and wrestlers use them for mental toughness as well as strength and conditioning. As reps get higher, you got to keep pushing through it and that develops a tough minded attitude! Again, great job! 👍💯💪
