It doesn’t work for me as the blade of the opener is too close to the body of the can opener. So the blade does not dig into the lid of the cans. How do you do it or is my can opener defective.

Update: I got mine 2 weeks ago and so far I am loving it. I started on level 1. Now I’m on level 2. Because I am biracial and have more melanin in my skin, I patch test each level on a spot on my body that if it burns it won’t be seen. So far no burning. I’m excited to try level 3 soon.
