      Absolutely I can! I’m so glad you are enjoying my meals 🩷😊. FYI, I typically like to eat a nice big breakfast and lighter lunch so sometimes my calories are higher in the mornings. I like to think of my breakfast as fuel for my day (and I also like to workout in the mornings most days too!). However, there’s easy ways to reduce calories if that is a concern. Try reducing fat if you want to lesson the calories. Hope this helps!! Monday: 427cal Tuesday: 425cal Wednesday: 489cal (without syrup) Thursday:417cal (without guacamole) Friday: 498cal (including coffee+collagen)

    Yum! Thank you for all of the ideas and all look delicious. I need to get more liquid egg whites.... great way to boost protein without adding extra fat and calories. These dark mornings are getting me but having an awesome breakfast helps :)

    Wow on the breakfast idea! I like the flavor combo.. always great up eating fruit in cottage cheese... or the holiday dip of pepper jelly on cream cheese... this is a healthier play on that :) will definitely try this

    love your videos! a tip is to place your yogurt tub on the scale (or anything in a tub jar etc).. tare it.. then take your amount out and you can see the grams you are taking out.. easier than using a measure cup :)

    They sold you fake saffron … yes there are fake ones also . I’m Persian so I know very well about saffron as it’s used highly in our dishes

      @@Melaniefaris Persian dishes are very high in carbs n calories … I tend to stay away from them unfortunately so I eat healthy simple meals like the ones you make . I do love saffron though as I love the flavour n colour it adds to food like chicken or pasta but for Persian dishes we use saffron for our basmati rice 🍚 mostly after it’s cooked we mix it w saffron water n a bit of rice to add on top of our cooked rice for aesthetic purposes n to add more flavour to our rice dishes .

      Woot woot! It has saved me from opening so many new cans of tomato paste when I only need a little bit. You just scoop into a tiny ziplock, throw in the freezer and cut off a chunk whenever you need it! <3

      Not a silly question at all!🤗We have an espresso machine (Breville barista express). I make an americano, which is my favorite way to drink coffee. Basically a double shot of espresso + hot water poured on top…and then I add a bit of milk. That’s my go to!

    What do you use to film & edit and how do film yourself especially moving around?

      Hi! 👋 I use a Canon ZV-E10 to film 🎥. I currently use CapCut to edit. When I move around, in this video I am simply holding my camera, however, I also have a mini tripod I can hold which I find easier at times to grip. Hope that helps!! 🩷🤗 all the best!

      That's so exciting! I do also use a microphone! I am using the Rode Videomic Go2. It can most definitely be done on a low budget though. I would start filming on your phone and try the free capcut editing software. You can put in as much or little effort as you like with editing. There's so many amazing tutorials on youtube that have helped me learn as I go. Check out Think Media :)

    Everything looks so good! I really wish I loved veggies in my eggs. I’ve tried it so many different ways for years and it’s just not something I can do but I’m good with avocado so maybe I’ll just substitute that for some of the veggies. I know it’s higher in fat content but it is still so yummy. Definitely helps on my cycle time too with cramps. In addition to your food, do you have a workout schedule you find easy to stick to?

      Hey girl! I totally understand the veggies+eggs combo not being your thing. This video was a rare occasion for me having veggies with breakfast (mostly because of the extra time it takes to cook them, haha!). I LOVE avocados too, and I wouldn't worry too much about the fat unless you are on a strict diet/program that you need to watch fat levels closely. They are so healthy and SO delicious! In terms of my workouts, right now I am doing a "FitBod" app program. I REALLY like it. However, I typically just do my own thing at home with the weights I have. I always focus on strength training. I really enjoy splitting up my muscle groups. For instance, I like to do a lower body day one workout session, and an upper body day the next time and kind of alternate back and forth. I don't usually follow anything in particular, but I keep track of what exercises I do and how much weight I lift, so the next time I workout I can increase my weights or do more reps...etc. Depending on how many days/week you can commit to, this may change how you want to do your workouts. 3 days/week, a full body workout each day would be better...4 days a week would be great for alternating muscle groups. If you want a "program", I have enjoyed Caroline Girvan's free videos on RUclips in the past also! Easy to follow along and minimal equipment. Otherwise, I really do recommend fitbod. It's upped my workout game lately and I think it will be a keeper for me. Hope that helps a bit!!! <3

    My Le Creuset manual specifically says NOT to use lemon or citrus acid to clean it. Honestly, their suggested method of baking soda and water on a simmer works! It takes a few goes, but we're talking about a pretty passive 30 mins TOPS, which I'm just waiting for the dishwasher stuff to finish anyway.

      Hi Joseph! My manual for enameled cast iron cleaning care only says no abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. No mention of lemon juice…I also checked the website to confirm. I have been cleaning mine with hot lemon juice for years without issues! But that is great to know baking soda alone also works well!😊 appreciate your comment. Take care.
