Everybody hates David for this, but hear me out. How stupid do you have to be to let your friend swing you around on a giant excavator? Jeff chose to play a stupid game by allowing someone to swing him in circles around a gigantic piece of steel at a deadly rate of speed. Its like letting someone shoot an apple off of your head with an arrow. You need to realize the obvious risk, and just say this little two letter word. Jeff could’ve just said no, and not put himself in such a dangerous position.

As someone who is super invested in all the Jeff vs David discussion and has been since the start, everrrryyy time I see this video it blows my mind how bad it is. David should be thanking the fucking gods that Jeff didn’t die and take some accountability holy shit. Also as a health care worker every time I see this it reminds me how huge of an accident this was and soooo many people try to discredit Jeff’s feelings and dismiss how badly David fucked up. 😅

David is the worst person alive. He shld go back to Turkey and stay there. He tried to sacrifice his best friend. David had been in that excavator for 9 hrs that day, he knew how to control it. It's a miracle that Jeff is still alive. You can hear Jeff screaming for his life (high pitched) 0:07 and also hear his head and body smack into the crane. It might possibly be his head cracking open.

This clip (at the end) seems to be deleted from like EVERYWHERE - There are reuploads of the vlog, but weirdly with this bit of footage edited out... Considering everything happening at the moment if you still have a copy of this unedited vlog, it really would be great to have uploaded if possible... I watched this for the first time recently and am honestly disgusted, I can not understand how this wasnt purposeful, I keep watching it, Ive watched it slowed down, it doesnt look like a dumb mistake it looks like an attempt at murder, who on earth doesnt know what was going to happen when you spin a crane that fast with someone attached and stop it. I hope Jeff gets justice this is sickening to watch.

what was the goal here? they were in such shallow water that jumping off was dangerous. i know you can high jump into like 4ft of water if you slay out right when you hit, but its certainly dangerous and suboptimal, and jumping from a cliff where you can control your trajectory and orientation is very different than this
