It's very interesting when on a time lapse. The Earth's rotation is the reason the moon looks like it's moving.

@@mrburbwait wait wait so you mean to tell me I wasn’t going crazy I’ve looked up at the sky at night and the clouds was moving fast and it looked like the moon was moving real fast as well faster than I’m used to seeing it move and it freaked me out I told my friend and he said you do know earth rotate right? Lol so I went on tik Tok and everyone was saying how they saw it move faster than normal when it’s never done that before lol I have anxiety and it’s like it made me nervous for some reason so I said to myself I need to ask a smart person who know about this stuff and I’m happy I’ve found your video lol kinda puts my mind to rest for now lol

looks like the direction of the moon is 45 deg from the horizon.
