Is it normal to hear knocking while doing steam, like in every 2 seconds the machine knocks, like thumping and it repeats itself on equal intervals until it's preparing steam. Is it normal or my machine has a problem? I was looking for videos showing the xsmall do steam and there was only one video, with one onl lady, but her machine is only quietly doing the steam on not knocking on thumping like mine does.

The coffee is flowing very slowly and almost of the water fall into the tray. I descaled the machine, I cleaned it and I followed also your advices but the problem is still there.

Eine gute Anleitung, ich würde vielleicht einen Hinweis hinzufügen, dass wirklich nur die Schritte nacheinander zeigen und die Sequenzen, in denen die Maschine spült ausgeschnitten haben. Ich musste schnell auf Stopp drücken, als ich es gemerkt habe :D
Vergessen zu sagen funktioniert bei den meisten Modellen nicht, Erich....
