Inspired by Peter Attia's "Outlive", we aim to guide our clients to LIVE LONGER. More that just having a longer life, we guide our clients to live thier life, their goals, and to recover from any setbacks.
We don't tell you what you can't do, no, our goal is to get you back to doing exactly what you want to do and to teach you to keep doing it for decades to come.
More than personal training, more than physical therapy, more than massage and stretching, GoTherex leverages all of these interventions in addition to nutrition and relationship building in order to guide our clients from their baseline to reach their goals and then go beyond them.

I need to start doing this
Great at opening up the hips and back in a relaxing way
800 mg of salt? that is A LOT
Agreed, but to be fair its pretty much the average of microwave meals that I have seen. I just hoped that for the price, Factor would be better.
❤❤❤❤
What kind of flooring is that?
Horse stall mats purchased off of walmart.com
That’s awesome, keep it up
Thanks!
Keep the corage man😊
Place is a scam, they’re not Podiatrists! They pry on peoples pain and sell them a “sales pitch” to make them THINK their product will help them, however it does not. Plus you cannot return them UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
You see me rowing
Hatin....
Or aim at doing less consistently in the beginning. Pick a number of minutes that you know that you are absolutely going to be able to do as many days as you commit. I don’t think there’s any specific amount of exercise you should commit to every day.Five days a week four minutes of something vigorous. Do that for even four weeks. I know that sounds slow, but you’re gonna be doing a lot a year from now and the strength that comes from never missing a workout is valuable.
This is the right idea. Thanks for adding some insight!
So, does the drug itself make your body consume muscle or does it occurs because people tend not to be hungry? How much is a minimum amount of protein per day? And why do you say meat protein is what we need vs protein powder? Isn't protein, protein?
When losing weight rapidly the body often chooses to metabolize muscle and not just fat. High protein diets can improve muscle retention. Protein is protein but protein from whole foods and meats tends to have a more complete profile than vegetarian proteins and protein powders. Powders are supplements and should be used to supplement your diet as a general rule, so if your goal is 100 grams of protein and you only tend to eat 75 grams then having a 25 gram scoop can help get you there, but in general, its better to each a chicken breast for those extra 25 grams.
The sound quality.. the music.. I have no idea what your saying.
Good morning
Good morning to you, too 😂
Monjuro isnt a weight loss shot its not prescribed for that qeight loss unless you have type 2 diabetes you can use the shot....if you dont your the reason there was a shortage an taking away medications from people who need it for type 2 patients
Was on a cruise and was given this sales pitch… they did the pushing weight down thing but i noticed the sales rep when pushing down without the insole he also pulled his arm in towards him which basically caused the person to go off balance… that was some wow factor. Not saying the soles dont work but kind of a dirty trick… didnt sit well with me…
100% that is just a show. The point that you balance is better with good arches is correct but not the way they try to show it. They have quite a few sales technique like this and the arches of the foot. I stand by that arch supports are helpful but with the price increases and sales approach, the Good Feet store my not be the best option for everyone. I still wear my arch supports from them everyday.
Great vid..thanks. The music doesn't help though! : )
Went to a good feet store back in the summer time and had everything done and told them i wasnt interested but they wouldnt stop trying to offer me their price/deal. Just ended up going to walmart and bought some dr. Scholls arch and heel support inserts for around $13 and problem solved. Most people dont have time to change different inserts out every few hours in througout the day. Especially with work.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE!! I’m a podiatrist and I can’t count how many times I have had patients coming in to see me with complaints after using the good feet products. First, it is NOT a custom made product. Second, in medicine there is no concept of “athletic maintainers”. Your orthotic prescription is your prescription. And lastly, it kills me to see patients coming in after spending $2000 on premade inserts when I can make a TRUE custom molded orthotic for them for $500. I am going to make a PSA video to try and educate people before they buy.
Your comment exhibits a strong conflict of interest. You earn income from your custom orthotic sales and the Good Feet store is direct competition for you. That's like Target telling you not to shop at Walmart.... 100% custom orthotics can be a great solution. Good Feet is an alternative. Barefoot footwear is another option. I recommend to my clients that they try out what works best for them and relate my stories with each. I am still wearing my Good Feet insoles today and personally feel just as good with them as I did with my custom molded orthotics. Not everyone will share that experience but I can only reflect upon my own.
@ Yes, there is absolutely a conflict of interest, but the Good Feet Store is not a direct competitor. I run a medical office, not a shoe/insole store. My primary job is to be an advocate for my patients. And it breaks my heart when I see retirees on a fixed income spend thousands of dollars on an off-the-shelf product that doesn’t fit appropriately. I agree with you that not all experiences are the same. I am sure people have had bad experiences going to see a podiatrist. But I want the public to know that you can obtain an orthotic that is custom molded to your feet for a fraction of the price. I appreciate you sharing your experience though.
Great review. Thanks for the excellent detail. It would be great if you would review the other guys….Home Chef, Hello Fresh, Blue Apron…… 😬
Thanks @rudy5524! I would love to do those and have subscribed to Hello Fresh a few times. I could give a good review on that but need to try the others.
I just came across this video and this gave me hope. I have been looking for answers for a long time. Thanks
We are stoked that it helped! Giuliana is still in great shape after Mounjaro and she loves sharing how freeing it was to spend a few months without cravings to learn better portion control.
Great info. I would love my in-depth video on this. I’m 38 f with 36 bmi in the early stages of getting on ozempic or wegovy(blood work pending) I definitely don’t want to lose muscle mass and would actually like to increase my muscle mass since I’ve lost quite a bit since recovering from Achilles tendon rupture repair. I would love to see more videos that touch on this topic. Thanks. Subscribed for sure
Thanks @RoseMakesIt! Recovery from an achilles repair is a slow process. I recommend connecting with a strength physical therapist in your area or contacting our team at GoTherex for virtual services to help guide you. I would love to dive into more depth on this topic in the future but we are a bit backed up with services now and unable to get out enough social content. Look for proper guidance on how much you can load your achilles at the stage you are in your repair and then perform compound lifts that match that level of strain. hrs.osu.edu/-/media/files/wexnermedical/patient-care/healthcare-services/sports-medicine/education/medical-professionals/knee-ankle-and-foot/achilles-repair-protocol-2019.pdf?la=en&hash=69FC2CFD07F0677199BF20749A5A0C89DAA928C3
This is so stupid, you can’t tell your body not to burn muscle, it burns both fat and muscle at the same rate!
You are half correct, you can't tell your body not to burn muscle, but fat and muscle do not burn at the same rate. The rate changes based upon various conditions, one of those conditions is your diet. There is plenty of research that supports high protein diets helping to prevent muscle loss while in a calorie deficit.
@@personaltraining nope. once your body has burned thru the stored glycogen it will go to the fat stores AND the muscle. You’re not correct about various conditions. Any excess protein will be stored as fat ….. same thing with excess carbs and excess fats. Your body doesn’t differentiate which fat it burns. It will burn visceral fat as well all at the same time. It’s just the way the body works. Please don’t lie.
@@nwr7932 You seem to have some good foundational knowledge, and to expand upon that I encourage you to do further research into the influence that age, sex, stress, disease, and even nutrition can have on energy balance and metabolism. Thanks for your comments and visiting our channel.
Know someone who works there, and she said the ppl they hire are low in class, and they sweat in the food they prepare. Factor knows this and doesn't care because reheating kills the bacteria. She strongly advises against buying.
It doesn’t seem like someone who needs to loose 20lbs needs weight loss medication 😂
I don't think that's for you to judge. I think that the individual gets to make that decision. If that is your choice for you, then no worries but don't try to put this onto other people.
How many days we have to work out 🏋🏿
Great question, and it really depends on how often you were working out before taking a GLP-1. You want to maintain or increase that program by a bit. So if you worked out 1 day per week, now do 2 days. If you worked out 3+ days per week, just stick with that and see how it goes or increase it by 1 day. If you never worked out, try 2 days to start and then maybe increase to 3 days after 2-3 months. We recommend a minimun of 2 days for most clients and our average client works out 3 days per week and is active walking or doing less intense active rest exercises most other days of the week. Always best to make sure you speak with your personal doctor, physio, or trainer for specific advice for you.
3 to 4 days. Full body. Back and biceps, chest, and triceps. Have a leg day and touch up other areas on the 4th day like delts, traps etc.. Mike Mentzers kind of training would help more imo. In and out the gym in no time.
You can add your own white rice to any meal to fill you more
True, but that defeats the purpose of a ready made meal.
@@personaltraining You can microwave those small minute rice cups while cooking the meal
I hated paying it too…however the hubs and I are 60 and 64, we are extremely active backpacking, hiking and live full time on our sailboat. We have both suffered from time to time with PF, I think due to being barefoot a lot. These were complete game changers for us. For me, it changes my posture and balance. Happy we made the purchase.
I like mine as well, barefoot time it good though and even better on a sailboat. Now if I can just convince my wife to live on a sailboat full time....
Talk about! Every! Sneaker
Thanks for the comment, I'm not a big fan of most of their sneakers to be fair. Some are fine but I would generally purchase my shoes elsewhere.
I got the bundle yesterday in Fayetteville, AR. Also picked up the Med Massager shown in the video. It is amazing! Looking forward to getting some relief (I have a Morton's Neuroma in both feet).
the massager is sold out in many stores!
How’s it going so far? I also have MN
You should have them facing outward at the top, to simulate the internal rotation of the Olympic jerk.
Hello, what are you doing? Just talked to you about something for your benefit, hopefully it will improve your RUclips channel a lot
Thanks!
They just don't look filling I don't want to buy something if it's not going to fill me up
They are pretty small but that is common when you look for a 500 calorie meal. But this is where I wish they used more food vs high calorie sauces which seems a waste at such a low budget of calories to utilize.
Was sold a nice sales pitch then quoted $2,000 before taxes. Me and my flat feet walked right out the door. 🚪 🚶♂️
I have heard this now a few times. They are well worth $300-500 for a set including the insoles, but there is no reason for most people to have more than 1 set and at max 2 sets.
Look if you get them professionally made through a foot doctor with insurance they cost me about $150
@@littleeddie133 I've purchased them multiple times from a foot and ankle doctor and usually paid $300-500 but yes, they can be cheaper. Honestly, if the pack is now $2000 I would not recommend Good Feet, but at $400 per pair or $1000 for 3, they are a good option and very comparable.
0% Fage Greek Yogurt. Huge protein hit. Get it in yer!
That's a great tip! Thanks!
Add a scoop of protein powder into it and make it even better and add on some fruit to make it even taste better.
I got bundle today in Naples FL. Let’s see.
How is it? I bought the 200$ insoles
Why the heck is there so much fat in these meals!?!?!? Can someone explain who develops these type of meals?
I think the goal is to be Keto friendly, but it ruins it for those looking for a more balanced diet plan.
Stop it!! Fat is vital!! Can’t listen after hearing he’s worried about fat and cholesterol.
I would never say to not include fats as a part of a healthy diet, but again, these meals lack sufficient carbs quite often and have excess fats that are mostly just fatty oils in sauces, those are just not helpful fats.
Or, just learn how to cook? You are eating microwave food, there is nothing special about it and it's not healthy
I bet you are fun at parties...
I'm in Florida. Every box came disgusting and hot.
Cannot understand her😢
Good vid. But before I kick the weights up, I first take a big breath. I also found over the years that going very slow on the rep speed has shown good results.
Those are great tips! I am in full agreement.
How much are them?
$139 via their website as of today
I really dont worry about the prices on Factor meals.. around $75-80 a week for 6 meals is what I spend going out to eat on the weekends.. so might as well spend it on healthy food
Great point, I guess for me I found options at $30-40 a week that are almost as good and as I mentioned I felt these meals are too high in fats and oils vs utilizing those calories or more fibrous vegetables or grains.
@@personaltraining let me know where u found those options.. would definitely like to check them out
@@345power6 I plan to do a future video on them when I have time but Kroger and Publix had frozen meals that had great macros and nutrient profiles but don't taste quite as good that were close to $5/meal.
Sweetie good evening 🙏 my name is Susan from Pennsylvania and a long hauler from covid 19l.😢 years of pure hell❤2 eat,and you seem very knowable about meals, I can't cook anymore, from diseases i get it 🙏 no restrictions don't care about calories, etc is this da best steak potato, MAc. Cheese, like that? But prepared please ty
So I’m guessing these meals aren’t good for me who has slightly high cholesterol?
Maybe, but dietary cholesterol is not directly linked with high cholestorol in your bloodstream. Check with your doctor.
Factor meals taste great but the amount of fat and cholesterol in these is way to high. Mega fit meals is a much healthier option. Way less fat an higher protein. They use more seasoning vs the unhealthy sauces from factor
Thanks for the comment! I will look those up and try them out.
Nice channel. Thanks thanks for the knowledgeable video. 👍
Thank you!
Not the same person
That's an amazing compliment, thanks!
For up downs I had to do as punishment we just jumped and fell flat on our chests and got up like legit just fall chest first
They’re just simple frozen meals. Why don’t they just bulk ship them to Walmart in variety packs with 3-5 meals in a pack and let u buy it at Walmart in person. It’s crazy to me they individually pay to ship them to homes rather than a store, the shipping part is so dumb to me as a business decision. Even if people don’t wanna cook, they’ll still end up going to the grocery store at least once a week to pick up SOMETHING
Thanks for the comment! I agree with you that shipping the way they do adds to the expense. However, just to clarify and be fair to them, I don't think their meals are actually frozen. I think they are refrigerated which is a key difference in Factor vs grocery store options that I have found. However, for me I prefer the cheaper grocery store meals even if they are frozen due to the expense.
Agree and disagree... I think you fail to realize that a ton of people in the usa... Live I. A var dependent country for basic goods... Their are insane amounts of disabled people, old or physically, that have a hard hard time walking, let alone driving to the store.... Btw I don't use factor... I cook mostly... However, my fiance is disabled and can't really cook... Or single working men working remotely, probably not the time.... It's not perfect. However, based on the product, it is not a bad solution for individuals who can't cook or are too busy.
What if you look through B an D on your keyboard
I would get Factor if it's 50 to 20% discount was forever in just the normal price. But for the normal price after that first honeymoon month? I don't know if it's worth it
I agree 100%
