Nice channel. Thanks thanks for the knowledgeable video. 👍
Thank you!
Not the same person
That's an amazing compliment, thanks!
For up downs I had to do as punishment we just jumped and fell flat on our chests and got up like legit just fall chest first
They’re just simple frozen meals. Why don’t they just bulk ship them to Walmart in variety packs with 3-5 meals in a pack and let u buy it at Walmart in person. It’s crazy to me they individually pay to ship them to homes rather than a store, the shipping part is so dumb to me as a business decision. Even if people don’t wanna cook, they’ll still end up going to the grocery store at least once a week to pick up SOMETHING
Thanks for the comment! I agree with you that shipping the way they do adds to the expense. However, just to clarify and be fair to them, I don't think their meals are actually frozen. I think they are refrigerated which is a key difference in Factor vs grocery store options that I have found. However, for me I prefer the cheaper grocery store meals even if they are frozen due to the expense.
What if you look through B an D on your keyboard
I would get Factor if it's 50 to 20% discount was forever in just the normal price. But for the normal price after that first honeymoon month? I don't know if it's worth it
I agree 100%
New Subie here! I just started recording my content and how I’ve been losing weight and inches on ozempic (semaglutide) It def quiets the food noise. I like that! Great video 😊
Thanks @TiaNicoleLifestyle! We are happy you are finding success as well!
Great interview but please cut out the background music. I think it would make everything sound clearer.
Everyone who starts this meditation needs to watch this video as their guide. Your content is amazing! Thankyou.
Thank you!
I’d pay at max $80 for 10 meals a week if they want someone serious and loyal is what it comes down to if the meal taste good and is bare minimum so I’ll just eat bananas throughout my day with it or some
I think the meals taste really good, just cost too much. As you say the discounted meals for week 1 are $80 for 6 but that's at a 50% discount...
Hello
What's up @AKATinyDude, I love your channel!
What song is this?! It slaps!
Right! Wish I knew, my editor just took it off of the suggested songs on Tiktok.
Six is only the minimum when you are initially signing up. Once you have created your account, you can click on your profile at the top right > settings > Plan Settings > Meals per week, and you can select anything from 4 up to 36 per week.
Finally, an HONEST review. I recently canceled because I had a similar conclusion. Publix offers some premade meals for half the price and better Macros.
I appreciate the feedback, 100% we want to offer transparency and our honest opinion in each review. I liked the meals, but for the price I could have eaten out and the point of bringing my own meal is to not only have consistent macros but to also save money on the cost of my meal.
I have also recently been trying out factor as well. I'll probably change to something else after the discounts. I like it but its definitely overpriced.
100%, great meals but cost is similar to eating out.
I’m trying to find out how payment is done like we pay every week because I set it up for one person 26 meals like I could handle a monthly payment but a weekly payments a different story so I’m trying to find out exactly how they do it. I’m not the best at reading the site slightly hard for me to understand. Properly
All of their rates are weekly so you likely ordered 26 meals for the week. Download the app and look at our purchases there as it has a better UI than on PC.
Great job! How many times a week did you workout and how many grams of protein?
This is Matt from GoTherex, Giuliana's protein goal was 125 grams per day which was her goal weight. We recommend 1g / lb of your goal weight. She worked out 2-3 times per week and walks 8,000 plus steps daily.
She is a great example of how to do this. Did you provide a meal plan or just told her to eat protein? Also, what’s the minimum amount of protein required for an average female? Thanks!
Hi, this is Matt. Giuliana likes to prepare her own meals so we focused on macros and total calories. It was actually a challenge for her to eat enough while on Mounjaro to reach her protein and calorie goals, she usually ate less than her goal. When trying to retain muscle we recommend approximately 1g/lb of your goal weight or 0.8 grams per lb of your current weight as your daily goal. If you respond well to the medication it will be a huge challenge to eat that much but protein is a great stimulus for muscle retention.
@@personaltraining Thank you.
Great video. Would like it even more it if was 1 min long
Thanks! Us too, we posted a few of these in shorts to get started.

Loving your videos. Exactly the information I was looking for. I’m in my 40’s I intermittent fast and work out 5x a week. I switched to working out w more weights. I start my shots next week. I think I am just excited about the mental break. Constantly telling yourself no and looking for substitutes to curb the cravings is exhausting.
Thanks, @lizz2024 you are 100% correct the mental benefits are huge! Going without cravings can pave the way to giving the opportunity to create new and better habits thus forming new neurological pathways for fulfilment.
Is fitness pal free? I heard a bit about it. I shouldn't eat rice being prediabetic but I definitely can have salmon. Thank you for sharing. Good luck on your journey. I've lost about that much in 4 weeks and I start my next injection of the 5 mg next week. Pretty excited.
Thanks for the response, yes MyFitnessPal is free but there is a paid version as well. Choose a good rice substitute that makes sense for you, I love cauliflower rice personally. Excited for you that you have already seem tremendous progress! Do you best to eat close to 100 grams of protein per day or more and try adding some resistance training, bodyweight or with weights and bands. The goal is to retain your muscle mass and burn fat. Without the protein and workouts, the body often burns too high of % of muscle.
Not a knock at all, just constructively, you guys have good content, but you need to invest in some good microphones if you're going to pursue building your channel and your brand. Please feel free to delete my comment after you've read it.
Thanks for the feedback! We will look to improve our audio quality.
@@personaltrainingI think you sound loud and clear especially when explaining how to maintain your muscle mass after you reach goal weight. And it was very informative I might add. No one has broken it down as clearly as you. Now I know what to do once I reach my goal so thank you.
Thank you for the compliment and feedback! @@mastinanagel380
I would go a little further and say no music in the background either. But great information. Thanks!!
@@Lovelyone1 Thanks! We upgraded out mic after this video, check out our Factor video for our new mic setup.
Good video. I'm not an expert on the subject but it sounds like you guys have the right idea and are giving great advise.

Thanks TinyDude!
I visited the Good Feet store in Macon, GA. After my "fitting" and test walk inside the store; I was called over to the desk to check out. My first response was, "Do you have the decimal point in the right place?" I would have been glad to pay $170.00 for the 3 pair of off the shelf plastic arch supports. $1,700.00 was insane. The next week I had an appointment with a local podiatrist. He had what appeared to be the exact same arch support for $30.00 per pair.
I am glad that you were able to find a good solution! Have an awesome day!
Wow!
Bro literally just butterflied
Awesome! That's what I was going for. Thanks
Hello
I liked your video
Thanks! Stay fit this holiday season!
U got this
thanks!
You have great content
Thanks!!🙏
What a joke! You’re a “Sell-out” if you think Good Feet is a legit company! They charge over $2200 for Doctor Scholls orthotics. Nothing is custom, only off the shelf and staff are sales people not medically trained! Buyer beware
No they are not medically trained and they don't need to be. While I'm not saying Good Feet are the best or the only option, what I do know is that I have personally used arch supports or orthotics since I was 15 and these work just as good as the custom made ones, I've had the plater molds the foam cast molds as well as the pressure plate designed custom supports and the ones at Good Feet are comparable. They have a large variety of supports and they match you with the ones that fit you. Best of all you get 3 supports vs 1. This means they last longer and you can do like I do and put each in a different pair of shoes. I haven't purchased custom supports in over a decade but I can't imagine the price is much less than they charge. Could be that prices went up, but you are quoting double what a set of 3 sells for in my area.
I’m confused when you say 3 supports. Do you mean 3 pair? Also, if they have a life time warranty, why do you need so many. You only have 2 feet.
@@RobMilanowski the system includes different types of supports for use at different times with a different purpose. One support set is meant to help fix your arch shape, another for maintaining the shape. It's hard to understand with our trying out their supports as they are a system vs one support to wear all the time.
Lol, doctor scholls!!! Somebody is extremely mad to the point spewing B.S is the only reaction
Definitely sticker shock when I found out about pricing. I only purchased the strengtheners, $500. We'll see in 45 days if there is any difference.
i love these as warm up
I block all communist apps and the posters
'Promo SM' 💦
Personally if you need to get up somewhere in a real situation a pull up is more useful so I prefer to train those
100%, that's great reasoning. It's all about preference here as both are great arm and back exercises.
I made my first visit to a new store yesterday in my area. I was a little shocked by their price but ive had so much foot pain that i knew something had to be done. I had been to a podiatrist and had shots in my foot to hopefully correct the problem. The shots only masked the problem and offered no corrective action. I left with a pair of their orthotics and can already start to tell a difference.
They are not cheap but then again, that may be the point. They are good quality and the system just works. I really like mine.
Same here..podiatrist offered shots but no correction. Extreme pain, couldn’t run for 2 years! Tried every sole in Walmart. Went to GF & fitted for 3 sole. $2000 😮, agent said insurance might cover. They didn’t. Used HSA card. Overall immediate relief, within couple days. Back running
does going deeper into the squat hinder your quads at all?
Thanks for the question, it does not "hinder" your quads, however it does require a good amount of posterior chain strength in order to get out of the "hole". In this case, that's the point as we want to focus on the glutes. Regardless, a back squat will utilize your quads, glutes, hamstrings, calves as well as the abductors and adductors, other words virtually all of the muscles in your legs.
Wowie! Thanks
No worries, happy to help!
Now they’re 280
On Zappos they are about 169...fyi😉
Rubbish
i’m first to comment yay and keep it up
Woo hoo!
will this help with shin splints as well?
Hi Braden, thanks for the question. It can help, especially if you control the movement in the eccentric phase. For the one where you pull your toes back towards your shin, go very slow and concentrate on a static hold and then a very slow movement of the toes away from you as your shin muscle lengthens. Check out our video on toe yoga for more shin splints exercises.

Look boss
Cool video bro that is just a burpee tho never heard of an up down personally
If you are super technical, the first option was a "burpee" the 2nd was the up/down and the 3rd was a modified variation. I was giving a few examples for athletes of different levels. The burpee has a push up and the up/down is getting up and down from a high plank position.
Bro i cannot lift by big toe
Pretty common, it takes some practice. You got this!
$1640 at my local GF store here in MA, for all 3 arch and bunch of accessories and a pair of shoes
What a rip off
