Henry Sheils, of Huntington, WV, has been swimming competitively since the age of 8, when he joined the Huntington Y Charleston Aquatic Team (HYCAT) in 2011. The "Henry Sheils Swimming" Channel on RUclips covers a time period that started at the beginning of his freshman (9th grade) season on the Huntington High School Swim Team in 2018...includes his years of club swimming with HYCAT and the Huntington Riptide...and continues to this day with the University of Pennsylvania (UPENN) Swimming and Diving Team, of the Ivy League, where he recently completed his freshman year as a Quaker swimmer on February 27, 2023. This RUclips Channel, created and maintained by Henry's proud father, Doug, will continue to document Henry's swimming career, through his senior season in Philadelphia, which concludes in March of 2026.
