We will consider Contract Law. So Contracts are legally binding. One of the biggest investment one has is there home. The homeowner buys and pays for a beautiful $400K dollar home. He/she get the Title, Title Insurance and Warranty Deed. The Deed is the Contract. So how can a government-al agency, an elected Joe-Blow employee sell you home and "break the $400K Contract" you had with the Builder?

My home use to be the only home on a long dirt road in the middle of nowhere, in 30 years the city grew around it. The dirt road is now a super highway, the Dollar General is across the street. There is a multi-million dollar city building complex, and Olympic size pool, the county has plans to build a 3-story complex, the fire, police, sheriff, and EMT are massive, they have a helicopter and a speed boat. The county has many schools with football stadiums. I was home-schooled and never used a school or threw a football. I don't use all that stuff, why am I paying "property tax" for it when I originally purchased my home when there were only trees and my dirt road?

What if I don't want to sell my home, never? Why do I care what the assessed value is? The more the assessed value is, the more I pay taxes. Why? I'm getting older, I can't work like I use to, my taxes keep going up but my income keeps dropping down, so does this mean I have to give up my home of 40 years?

So presently in the year 2024, the whole Nation has gone gun crazy. Yea the NRA! The craze is with a gun you are mighty, you can defend against the monster. The gun holder has many guns. The gun holder is robust, ferocious, and fierce, but that same gun holder will run to the nearing property tax office and pay his/her yearly fee to the Tax God.

Our history is based on separating from England because of taxes. We pride ourselves on property ownership, but if you can't afford property taxes in 2 years, "the Grand Wizard" sells your property. But who is this Grand Wizard? He/she is the County Clerk of Court, an elected government-al agency employee. Just an average Joe-blow, but he has the POWER beyond any King or Queen or Dictator.

Except for Steve's post, you will not find anything on the "Whole Internet" about Property Tax. Why is that?

To begin to understand, you must first and foremost understand the: "Federal Government" and each individual State (of the 50) are Government. Everything else are "Government-al Agencies"!! So: City, Village, Town, municipality, County, School Districts, and political unit are NOT government. They are Agencies. They are basically corporations, each many be slightly different but they are not government, but Government-al Agencies. The "-al" is significant and the "agency" is significant. Puerto Rico and like are unincorporated territory and not addressed here.

All "Property Tax" is FRAUD. The "Ad Valorem Tax" system is FRAUD. And the butchery, terrorism, harassment, lawlessness, corruption, and Illegal Mob-Crimes are real, as greedy people love their money. They will do anything to steal it from you. The greedy are cops, sheriff, city officials, county officials and politians and even the Ex-President of the US and Supreme Court Justices.

In Assouline v. Reynolds, - the court unanimously held that the Landlord and Tenant Act cannot be used to remove an occupant when no landlord/tenant relationship existed. Assouline purchased the property occupied by the Reynolds family at a sheriff’s sale. Although Assouline had an immediate right to possession after the sheriff recorded the deed, the Reynolds refused to move despite multiple requests. One of the FRAUD. The sheriff or the county sells property at TAX DEED sales, but they never "owned" the property they sell. So as an example you buy a $400 thousand dollar home, you paid for it in full. You received Title and the Warranty Deed legally. As an example, you become ill and hospitalized, two years have gone by and so the county Clerk of Court Sells you $400K home and everything in it at a Tax Deed sale even your brand new car in the garage for $3,000 dollars for the delinquent property tax. So then what happens next because you don't have the keys to the front door? The idea is to go to the Courts and get a "Writ of Possession" under Landlord/Tenant Statutes. But wait!! You the original homeowner is not the Tenant and the Tax Deed holder is not a Landlord. So what to do? Well the scenarios are many, but if their is corruption and county sheriff process servers and judges are corrupt or uneducated they ram you front door and seize your $400K home, your car in the garage, and everything you own inside your home and give it away for $3,000 dollars. This sound insane but it happens!

So in 1981 I cried out to Jesus and wow man He came into my life and I had and have so much joy and peace and now know that through Jesus when I die I will be with Him in Heaven. Hey Jesus loves each of you also and yall can know Him if you are at all open. Just cry out to Him and a good question to ask yourself if you were to die today would you go to heaven ?
