Literally just watched a video a few minutes ago with another youtuber talking about Imposter Syndrome and how she struggles with it and it really makes it difficult for her to write... Think I'm going to cheat and just copy/paste the comment that I left her. 😝 "Really sorry to hear that you've been suffering with imposter syndrome. Not sure if this is helpful or not, but I personally never suffer with imposter syndrome and I think I know why. It isn't because I feel like I am smart or accomplished or that I know what I'm doing. I don't. It's more because I think, on some level, nobody in the world really knows what they're doing. All of your favourite, most successful, best selling authors out there, they aren't geniuses who know the answers to all the secrets and mysteries of writing. They're just regular people who thought that writing seemed fun and wanted to give it a go. And when their novel hit the best sellers list, they were probably in complete shock about it because they figured, "but I'm not a REAL writer. I'm just a regular person who wrote a book." ... And the truth is, that's all a "real" writer is. A regular person who decided to write a book. 😊"

Congrats on your progress in two manuscripts! You’ll have two books out before most people have written a single one 😊 Love the idea of phantom of the opera fanfic haha (I actually attended Phantom in Toronto when I was younger. It was an amazing experience) All the best on your move, too, Jess!

Can never seem to catch you during your live writing sprints (time zones) so I figured I'd just use this as a write along video instead. Only managed the first couple of sprints but I finished with 1230 words. Go me! 😊

What discord do you sprint on? I'm using mostly Coze and Prose and Novlr. Massive congrats on passing 10K! You've done incredibly! You totally deserve the cupcake! 🧁 Been really busy with work but I'm only working a 4 hour shift tomorrow, so hoping that I can join in with some of your writing sprints if you're doing any. 😄

Absolutely love the background visuals. So pretty! Huge congrats on 10K! You're doing amazing! 😄 I need to join in with these pop up writing sprints next time. I usually do longer sprints but maybe a series of short sprints will be more productive. I guess I'll do a 1 hour sprint and then do an hours worth of short sprints and see which one gets me more words.

Working full time while trying to maintain and grow an author career is so much! I remember when my day job got really bad and I was working 12 hour days on a regular basis, I got zero author work done and felt horrible the entire time 😭 But it looks like you've got a great balance and plan going! 💝
