I love seeing realistic, balanced days like this! So fun

I recommend starting with Assassin’s Blade first cos it’s the prologue/prequel and sets the world and some of the background characters of the series. You can go into Thrones of Glass first but I heard people starting into that book first gets lost and don’t feel like continuing the series 😅 those readers tend to get annoyed with what’s happening cos there’s certain plot holes (to them) without reading Assassin’s blade.

Are you reading through all her books? I have a friend who loves them and shared a reading order. I read two ACOTAR books awhile ago, but am going to follow the suggested order and start with Throne of Glass.
