Taste before adding the egg
How long did u put the pig tails on the oven ? And what temp
350-375 Fahrenheit, and not long 20 to 30 minutes to get a good color....so they won't look so "Pale" after slow cooking.
NEVER USE YOUR TONGUE 🤪 TO TASTE HOT PEPPER 🌶️ JUST USE YOUR NOSE AND YOU'LL IF IT'S HOT
Delicious
Y is the camera on the chef so much and not on the food. Who's videoing
Instant HEART attack and high cholesterol.
I like the pork tails and pork feet together cause one meat was not enough. With rice, oh my God, and a small salad. I can make a pot-o-beans too, but… just the 2 of us so I’ll make the beans next week. My NYC husband won’t have none of that but the beans. What am I supposed to do, eat it all? 🤣🤣🤣😛😋 I’m from the Southwest.
The proper ratio of grids to liquid is one part grits to four parts liquid.
Thank u👍🏾😊
I love your video. My mom did them in a pressure cooker. That's how I do them. 50 min. and done.
Looks delicious 😋 to me!
Thank you for watching and responding, we are now in menu/content development stage posting videos soon stay tuned.

Thanks for posting!!!
Funny, I will try it. Thank you
Are u using salted pig tails.?
Do not use salted pig tails, it doesnt matter how long you soak salted pig tails for, they will be too salty for this recipe. Try and find fresh meaty pig tails. Thanks for watching, keep cooking.
I prefer manicotti over big shells.
👍🏽💕🌹
Thank you for the LOVE, working on new vids and recipes...please stay tuned.

Hi chef, the etouffee looks wonderful. Very much like we prepare it here in New Orleans but we dont add tomatoes. I am going to try that.I would love to see you prepare crawfish bisque! Have a good day, God bless
Crawfish bisque! It sounds like something I should try and create. Thank you! You have a great day as well!
I am commenting already. So happy to see you here. Etouffee looks wonderful.
Thank you!
Start with the roux.
I had this idea a week ago, didn't find a recipe for it like this, I was beginning to think people didn't also make banana pudding with vanilla wafers. I'm gonna try this, thank you for sharing, great video!
Hope you enjoy! It was really good. Thanks for watching.
Very very nice 👍
Thank you! Cheers!
Great recipe... but..... less talking 🤦♀️
Sorry! thanks for watching.
Where Did You Get That Bowl From???
i bought the bowl from amazon, that is where i usually find all of my cooking utensils etc. thanks for watching.
I disagree. I use salt when I saute the onions and garlic before I add the beans. It had no effect on the beans getting tender. But to each his own
Love your recipe, but your volume goes in and out.
Sorry about that, we were trying out a new mic at the time.
gotta make a vegan version
I'm hooked! Just subscribed!!!
