It's a decent experience. I'm mainly just triggering/sequencing the samples(no patterns on 404), so I'm probably just scratching the surface. I prefer to use the 404 mainly to mangle and process sounds and then sample those into Ableton.

@@OtisKanno that's pretty much what I'll be doing, I'm more interested in the ability to quickly sample/chop/add FX and trigger from the Oxi - nice work

@@billypilgrim8903 Chopping and mangling is really easy. The arranging process is a slower process since your step sequencer things but that IMO is great for exploring rhythms/melodies you probably wouldn't naturally

​@@OtisKannocould you tell me please, is oxi able to change some CC to a static value and back? like, some mode where you can hold come pad to send, let's say, CH2 CC56 value 77 and send some another value like CC44 when you release it? I'm curious if I could trigger 404 effects just by pressing pads, without twisting a knob.

@@OtisKanno Tutorials and comparisons between similar gear are great topics for content. Easy to find “gaps” too, searching for oxi one and sp-404 led me to this short for instance. I’m sure you’ll get more views with a consistent publishing schedule with your musical talent and some useful content for people considering what gear to purchase.
