I use it as a thickener or have it in a cup of tea. Top tip, it is dried “sea” moss, so it will have a salty sea taste. I would suggest soaking it in some lemon or something to cut off the taste.

I went shopping, stumbled upon a fish monger and saw saltfish, and of course the first thing that came to my mind was “Oh my gosh, I can make fish cakes.” First attempt, same as most of my food videos 😅 but hey, that’s life, we have to start somewhere.
