Perhaps Conan’s greatest contribution to entertainment is his pure love for zany, outlandish humor for the sake of it. He’s always allowed people, whether it’s screen talent or writers, to dedicate to the bit simply because they think it’s funny. No focus groups, no executive overreach, no ego about owning the joke. You look at his list of writers & interns and it’s a who’s who of comedy actors, writers, and performers. He let them try anything so long as they all thought it was funny for the sake of being funny, something that almost got him fired for years when he took over Late Night. Luckily, he endured and the fruits of that era are seemingly endless. It really is just a true and pure love for comedy.

There are a lot of things I can say about him but he is very affordable.

If that guy isn't a real doctor, then I am terrible at recognizing if someone is a real doctor or not. Really really terrible. Really... Terrible.

I've seen the best of the best Hot Ones episodes. Conan and Arroyo murdered them all. Conan murdered most of his late night shows with this. What a fantastic time to be alive! That episode was beautiful, beautiful comedy. Grateful I got to see it.

Dr. Arroyo lacks any ego whatsever. He went to doctors school, probably graduated somewhere in the world (like Carmen Sandiego), and stresses the affordable nature of his practice. Never wondering or worrying about malpractice or if his "first opinions" are right or medically justified, he fills that niche between zero medical advice and asking a duck.

Doctor arroyo... I was circumcised as a baby. I think my foreskin might be growing back and trying to retake my tip. Is there anything I can do that won't require surgery. The doctors I have spoken with will not give me a straight answer. Asking for a friend.
