Some thug had my nephew at knifepoint and Christian Fletcher stood up to the robber with his own knife I have. That was awesome 💫 I ran into Nathan Christian & Jetson & C’s friend in Poche parking lot few yrs ago Christian was my younger bros best friend from school days and I used to give Nathan rides into town San Clemente pier or wherever (with his skateboard at around 10yro he would stand on side of PCH but No thumb Out I think because of Hawaiis law (it might still on books)😂of No thumb! Jetson was shining with smiles and confident 💥 Then Christian recognized me rt as I realized it was him while I was telling Nate that I was the guy in blue 64’ VW bug that used to give him rides He just laughed oh yeah wow. I know it’s trivial but I’m old it was a cool surprise after over 40 yrs 🌊He’s on a mission 🤣❤️🌊

great interview. i've found if you can't touch your toes, squat with your heels on the ground or sit comfortably with your legs crossed then you need to work on your flexibility. your surfing will love it.

When I was a little kid a friend lived near the Fletchers. One day Nathan was outside skating. He must've been in first grade. He was arranging pieces of plywood onto a curb on a sloped street. He wanted to ride the transition and turn on it surf style. Dude was 5 or 6. I consider it an honor to have shared fun skate boarding with Nathan. Much love from Spokane, Washington.

fuckin one day up on NS super rainy shit day was surfing upside and i kick out a wave and and look to only guy paddling out and said yo these waves so fun!!!!! and mans smiled and just kept paddling out. seen a few waves go by and that man was christian!!!! hahaha was such a trip cuz never fully realize at first and i think christian was thankful just was crusing having a good time. maybe four waves go by and some uncle and a body boarder start to trip that he’s out there surfing and christian immediately dig out and went in. the smile on christian face when i was kicking out basically naturally just saying what’s up was a very real moment. christian is ever seeing this just wanna say aloha and thank you for being you!!!!

Nice work Nate, for us 40 somethings after a good life of extreme sports and extreme life its refreshing to hear how you've found balance. I will definitely research some of the breathing techniques you talked about. At this stage of life, breathing and flexibility and clearing your mine of all the garbage is true peace.
