Building a simple bookshelf with plans. Supplies: (8)1X3@48" (4)1X10@36" (8)1X2@48" Brad nailer with 1-1/4" nails Pocket hole jig and set up with 1-1/4" pocket hole screws wood glue Palm sander with 80grit presand, 150 final. Beautiful stand. For you glue-ups though, the pocket holes on top of the glue are a little overkill. If I were to only use one, the glue only is superior to pocket screws alone.
Over time, did the front of the top begin to sag any (since there wasn’t any vertical support due to the long drawer).
Certainly better than those that are sold in stores in the UK i tell thee.

Awesome work! I'm looking for ideas on a custom fish cabinet (with doors). Thanks for the inspiration👍 mine will be a little different, I want to route hoses for a hiden external filter inside the cabinet. I like the drawer as well, im going to make a shorter drawer to allow room for the hoses.

My 8 year old watches ur wife's channel and ended up on your. Iv just had the best most peaceful blissful 11 mins and 40 seconds since I became a mother! For some reason when I was watching your video on building the book shelf I missed the part where you drilled pocket holes with your jig (is that a Kreg jig?), but I caught it this time around. Pocket holes are my favorite for hiding screws, other than counter-sunk, of course. :)

I came here from your wife's channel, but the really funny (read: coincidental) thing is that my husband and I are actually big DIY-ers, so I'm subscribed to a ton of DIY channels (including yours now), lol! Watching your video was a treat--thanks for sharing your project and the plans! Also another funny thing: I noticed your video on building the terrarium stand. My husband and I are in the process of getting some pet fish, and we have an aquarium but no stand so we will probably be using your plans for that as well, lol.
