I see my comment was deleted. Is that because the truth is very inconvenient for a good story. I know Joe Moore, and he is a compulsive liar. He is absolutely 100% NOT a combat veteran. I have a copy of his DD214, you can get one too through a FOIA request. His BS about being on a plane going to a war zone and worried if he is going to come back is BS. I can back up everything I say, Joseph Moore cannot it’s just that simple. I knew Mr. Moore for 2 1/2 years and everyday I met him from the time he said Hi and Goodbye everything in between was straight up lies. Constant stories of time in the CIA working in special forces dispatched to take out enemies around the world. Mr Moore served in Hawaii and California and that’s it. No deployments at all what so ever. His DD214 shows this it’s indisputable. It’s true he graduated the 5 week sniper course, it’s true he infiltrated the KKK but he has embellished a lot of what he has said. The greater the claim the greater the proof, and Joe Moore has no proof. If you don’t believe me do a FOIA request yourself and get a copy of his DD214. If he is lying about his service and stealing valor, what else is he lying about? Your being coned by a pathological liar, and I encourage you to do some due diligence yourself.

I just finished the audiobook, Close to Death. I ❤ it. So glad to hear he has additional books planned for Hawthorne & himself. I’ve listened to all of Mr. H’s books & am impressed w/ his narrator skills. After first listening to Magpie Murders, I sought out his other Sherlock Holmes and James Bond stories. Thank you for hosting one of my favorite authors! 🤗

Kirk Douglas was an amoral narcissist and lived to be 103 -- only the good die young! Poor Lana has been through so much heartbreaking loss. We hope she and her grandchildren are no longer living in that motel room for the homeless and low-income. Strange how no one has mentioned actor Christopher Walken and how he has remained absolutely silent after all of these years. Looking forward to reading Lana's book. We wish her well.

Such a tragedy! I remember Natalie from all of her movies. She was a great actress. She & RJ were portrayed as the perfect couple. It was so sad when she died. I do believe, from what's come out about that night, that he killed her. It may have been an accident, but what he did afterwards was intentional, to save himself. He was a big star at the time and I can see how the truth was covered up to protect him. He will soon meet his maker and he will have to face the truth.

Wow. I tuned in and was so surprised how much you look like your sister Natalie. This case has haunted me since her death. I feel like I know what happened and it’s terrible that nothing was ever done. I hope you get answers. I lost all respect for Kirk Douglas when I watched an interview with him and he said something along the line that sometimes a woman needs to be slapped. This was not an interview when he was young (not that it excuses anything but abuse was more accepted then) but as an old man and he hadn’t even changed his opinion. I can forgive someone that has grown and changed. But his view hadn’t changed.

I wish so much that I could meet you in person and give you a hug ,Lana.I think you are such a beautiful person inside and out who has been through so much !! I admire you very much ,and also my condolences for your precious daughter ❤️and yet youre still standing .You are so very real with so much humility ,so much awareness .I can see why you and natalie adore each other ,my father was born in 1938,like Natalie .I’m stunned that your nieces back RJ so mch with all the circumstancial evidence .If that was my mother ,as much as I’d be grateful to RJ for being a great dad and step dad ( I was blessed to have wonderful stepnparents who I’m devoted to so I get it ,to a degree ) but I could NEVER not stand up for my loving amazing mother ,who’s not here to stand up for he self .I’d be playing the devil’s advocate.Because it doesn’t add up and nothing points to an accident and Dennis is extremely believable !! He’s very low key ,down to each ,soft spoken and in no way comes across as a phony .that would make me take notice ,as much as I’m loyal to my wonderful step dad .I saw Natasha on some talk show like the tonight show totally dissing Dennis like he’s a crack pot .However he’s passed two lie detector tests .If I were her ,both of them ,I’d pay attention to that ,I couldn’t dismiss it .RJ has them reeled in .And you’ve born the brunt of it as well .I started watching a documentary done by Natasha and I had to stop ,when watching RJ and his lies and her fawning over him .I’m surprised your mother wasn’t madder at RJ for such a devastating loss .The fact he lied about the wine bottle ,two different stories ,the timing when natalie went to bed ( RJ says she went first before he and walken) ,and that when he got in bedroom ,natalie was z” gone”,yet at least four or five people head the fight .It sounds like the truth is that after the smashing of the wine bottle and the comment by Wagner to walken ,that walken went to bed FIRST.Then reusing to put on spot light or looking for her or calling for help and instead having a drink of scotch .etc etc ,not identifying her body 🤬,then not looking up at you when you called out his name in the bedroom ,etc etc .My heart will always be with you .And as much as I’m a big Frank Sinatra fan I’m dismayed at hearing he possibly intimidated Marilyn Wayne about keeping quiet .Much love 😘
