HOLY FUCKING SHIT. I HAVE BEEN PLAYING WITH A BROKEN CONTROLLER THE WHOLE TIME IVE HAD THIS GAME. It’s not able to reach full acceleration so this mission wasn’t possible. First try on keyboard I got 1:43.838

im not getting the speed boost at the beginning when my brakes arent even on assisted I tried both anti lock ons and they don't work

There is another important thing to mention: You should play in performance mode. 60 FPS eill make you faster. I failed in Quality Mode over and over, so I changed the settings and first try after it I made it. I can't confirm this, but it worked.

You can also at the beginning just turn your car around and drive the opposite way, the road there is a bit wider and better for drifting, that is how I did it!

I tried using my keyboard to switch to RWD, when i got to that point everything stopped working, literally all i could do was ALT F4
