Her name is Tia Ray. This song is called Starfall and it is a famous song from Honkai Impact Ⅲ. Tia Ray is one of the best female singer from China and she is called the Chinese queen of R&B and Soul nowadays. She has cooperation with many famous musicians like Dimash. She is so underrated and I sincerely want more people to get to know this talented singer.
One of the best english covers, because the powerful phrases were deeper and full, compared to just singing words. The exact words weren't a perfect fit, but the presentation was great.
