In regards to Argenti and Tail, it's possible recording time issues or agency issues. I only know its not related to the boycott. Meanwhile with Huohuo, Sukoku, and Luci, that could be related to a multitude of reasons. I haven't found an official reason why, but I have hope that it deals with time for other roles and freeing up time to keep a manageable work-life balance. I only trust if the announcement comes from the VA themselves, no one else.

I dont actually think this is a problem that minors appear in game, if anyone think it is they should think twice. I really hate the fact that some of ya'll take this black-and-white all-or-nothing mentality to these situations. "If you don't uninstall the game and leave the community you must not care and you're not worth listening to" "if the VAs still work for the game as they share their criticisms then they must not care and they're not worth listening to". Do ya'll not understand the nuances here? We live in a world where racism & colorism are commonplace. You even acknowledge this. I know you logic it out as "this shit barely matters compared to bona fide real life racism" and yeah, sure. But like... that doesn't make this then not an issue. By comparison it's a pretty small issue, kind of. But it's still an issue. I feel like I'm going crazy seeing how commonly people have been expressing this idea of "quit or stfu." Especially because I know most of ya'll really mean "stfu or stfu". On one hand, I do think that if people could wholeheartedly commit to quitting, if they did that while also letting HoYo know why they're quitting and maybe making some noise on their way out, that could work, yeah. But I think part of why this shit often doesn't work is because there's this common understanding among players that 1) the community is HUGE and 2) people fuckin *love* this game. Even the people here questioning how HoYo treats darker skin often aren't "haters" like some ppl claim -- they're actually big fans, and that's not hypocritical of them. They just want the game to improve in this one regard. And they know while a lot of ppl do care about this skin color issue, it's gonna be difficult to get a lot of ppl to genuinely commit to not spending or outright quitting, so they question if it's even worth quitting themselves... it's that paradoxical thing there that made this perhaps doomed to "fail" before it even started. Also, part of the reason why some people seem "so serious" about this or are making it out to be like "life-or-death" as Mujin puts it is because if they're meek about it people like ya'll only have an even easier time either ignoring them or quelling them when they do speak up. They're fighting an insane uphill battle. Does that mean it's not worth speaking whatsoever? I feel like the chief complaint some ppl have with these ppl isn't the _way_ they're opposing HoYo here, but the fact that they "dare" oppose HoYo at all.

Hilichurls is a curse that’s based on bloodline. It’s kinda relevant. Folks with Khanrian bloodline were all cursed in genshin. There folks are even named after a area in the Middle East of the same name ‘Khanriah’. It’s blatant.

I would love to have more darker skinned and black characters but at the same time this place is Native American Aztec so idk why people thought the characters would be black. Yes they would have darker skin and the desert should have also had darker characters but still people need to learn where certain ethnic groups are from

TV is honestly fun. the issue is not many players like both combat and tactics. they are polar opposite of each other. so they alienate a big chuck of the market that is here just for combat. WUWA has shit combat to be honest. because the hitboxes of the enemy and skill are all over the place. i do alot less thinking and alot more waiting in WUWA. i feel people only like WUWA combat because they compare it with Genshin, but Genshin ain't a combat game. neither do I feel WUWA is much of a combat game either, like I play that shit to collect pokemon. I don't really enjoy the moveset, especially the 5 star, they are just so spammy. i can juggle enemy just by smashing 1 button, so much so they actually have to put a cap to stop the enemy from being juggled. the fact that the pokemon are basically gear was good design in WUWA, but it largely a pokemon collecting game and the dev knows it. there isn't a kill x number of mob daily, there is a collect 3 echo daily... they know what they want their players to do..

Genshin Natlan is coming out on the 15th of August, the biggest patch of the year for that game, improved graphic, improved QoL, and everything else. Despite the boycott campaign, it'll really be a slap to the face when they realize it does absolutely nothing when the targeted audiences are Asian themselves, and Asians don't have a racism issue, or more specifically, they don't understand the concept of racism the same way you American or British do, because there is only ONE predominant race in Asia, that's called Asian. 🤣

At first it felt like a never ending tutorial but that’s because there’s a lot of “gacha” elements which once it clicked for me I noticed to have a lot of fun with the game. I can definitely see how this isn’t a lot of people’s cup of tea but regardless I found myself really liking it the more higher my “Inter-knot” level rose
