I don't understand. Why do we export contacts from expandi and import back into expand? Its to long winded. Why not use the integrated expandi on sendspark, create an AI video then add the link from sendspark to exapndi?

What's a better more fluid word to use than "watermelon" so that the contrast isn't so obvious between the name ai voiceover is doing and lips not matching. Like Manny and Bethany were really obvious to me it looked like voiceover.

You absolutely saved me! I didn't know this was possible until I did a search and found this video. This is a pretty complicated workflow, so the UX is tough to design, but I'd definitely make this more apparent in the UI somewhere or include a link to this video somewhere in the Getting Started/etc. Thank you again! It's funny / interesting the approach you guys took with this. I have a couple other software options for AI videos and am not happy with how they were doing the mouth movement (or the voice to be totally honest). You guys are getting around the lip / mouth issue by moving and shrinking the video at the time of saying their name so they wouldn't ever even see it and are replying on the voice and the custom background.

Tavus User here. Their product is promising but glitchy as hell. Customer service sub-par so far. Try your luck, but beware, they'll promise things during the sales call that aren't ready yet.

So a RUclips channel owned by Sendspark, reviewing another tool (competitor to you), saying it is not good enough and best alternative is Sendspark. LOL!
