I played this clip Sooooo many times, pausing unpausing and through the crappie compression of utube I found that the g4s image seems better, but that could be because of the camera having a better focus on the g4. The g4 seemed to be sharper also the colour in the Sony was to warm looking and seemed to be over saturated in many places especially on skin, although the car in the Sony looked a more true colour, where as the car in the LG looked a tad blue. Overall the LG g4 looked better....... to me

The Sony has such a drastically better white point representation that really shows on camera and in real life. It isn't noticeable in a vacuum with each on their own, but it affects so much of the picture with colors and skin tones that look way more natural and warm. QD is irrefutably better than WOLED, diluting the color saturation with the white subpixel that it isn't even close despite MLA boosting brightness - it honestly makes it show its weaknesses more due to the fact that WOLED is a dead horse at this point. I'd take slightly less overall brightness compared to significantly better color separation and volume. Yes, I'm also aware that color colume is influenced by brightness, but so does a white subpixel structure that negates these benefits due to OLED limitations, well, ABL specifically, that is. It seems LG cheaped out on heat syncs and used MLA as an excuse to push yet another WOLED display instead of conceeding it's going the wrong dorection focusing ourley on brightness without considering picture quality, then using AI bs as an excuse to be even lazier. Funny thing is LG could have their cake and eat it with MLA, QD and push the display further with an overhalled robust heat sync to prevent OLED degradation, but investers only care about incramental bs, not objectivley and decidedly better innovive direction.

LG is just about natural colors! The best is to look movies in a dark room!

It doesn’t appear that either monitor was calibrated prior to the comparison. With a professional calibration, there would be very little difference in the appearance between these two movie scenes. You cannot rely on monitor presets to get accurate color and white balance.

The G4 looks so bright. The A95L has realism.

sony looks more natural and both these tvs need to be calibrated better especialy the sony

I have the C1 but it has burn in. I will be getting the A95L in a few weeks. Love LG but from what I’ve seen, the Sony is one of if not the best TV on the market right now.

It’s depends. You really can’t go wrong with either one. If you’re wanting the best gaming experience then go with G4 for faster MS speed and brighter picture. If you want the best movie viewing experience go with the A95l for the faster processing and slightly better overall pic quality.
