This is it! My introduction to Billy Idol!! I was 11 years old. My sister and I watched Solid Gold religiously, she for the pop music countdown, and me for the female dancers. Then, one lucky evening, they feature this ultra-cool motherf*cker in a red leather vest and black leather pants doing his best Elvis impersonation. His band was tight and had that signature look that my pre-teen self would go on to emulate (with my sister's help of course). Great music! Steve Stevens is the coolest cat on the planet and my absolute favorite 80s guitarist. Such great times. Thanks for the upload.

I just came across this video and it brought back a few memories I was the monitor man and drove the equipment truck I was set up stage left It was the second show of that tour and that night my monitor board was acting up big time one channel would randomly Feedback Billy was not happy But when he saw me smashing the board with my fist I guess he knew it wasn’t my fault The next day we got a new monitor board and everything was cool from there That tour was so much fun I’ll never forget it! 18,000 miles in about two months!
