I bought a pro-Adapt Tempur Pedic this past spring and an adjustable bedframe because I have had bad back pain for over two decades. Being able to raise both my head and feet and have the softer cushioning (medium firm pro-Adapt mattress) made me a new man overnight. It used to take me aitting in a reclining chair for a couple hours after getting up before I could do anything without a lot of pain. This cured me! I should have gotten a bed like this 20 years ago because it would have prevented a serious decline in my lifestyle. I've been sleeping on it for six months now and haven't had a day of lower back pain since I got it. Of course, different people have different types of back ailments. I'm convinced that sleeping in a position with my back bent at the waist relieved the foraminal stenosis in my lower back and that eliminating the nerve pinching stopped my back muscles being tight which caused even more nerve pinching in a viscious cycle. So, I think the adjustable bed frame was the key to solving my back problems, but the hybrid mattress also helped to eliminate pressure points so that I can sleep on my back all night long. So, I am extremely pleased, BUT I have discovered one problem - the topmost memory foam layer of the mattress has torn right where it folds with the head raised. I'm going to have to contact Mattress Firm to see if there is any warranty remedy available to me. Since I bought a mattress that was discounted floor stock, I'm not sure if I have warranty coverage. If I don't have coverage, I may have to get creative and cut the mattress cover off, glue the foam, and sew a zipper into the cover.

I just got this mattress delivered yesterday. It doesn't feel as soft as it did in the store. It's a lot firmer. Do i have to break it in for it to feel softer? It's like a brick now and not how i felt when i laid on it at first

He’s a raw vegan which I am not, but he provides such simple suggestions to one’s health, he goes over inversion tables and all. Highly recommend it

Hi Tom, I watched your RUclips video and did successfully rip SACD files by OPPO 105D in the past. However, today, when I want to try it and press "execute" in Sonore, it's not working. What may go wrong on the setting. I must admit that I did not rip SACDs for some while and the my MAC OS had been upgraded to Sonoma 14.2.1, what should I do to correct this?
