I have to say the scout is sooo good I gotta try it out on some rifts to see how it does.

Also I hope you end up getting the Dreadnought DLC add in some extra layers. It’s pretty cool too though I do know there a really big dlc coming next year.

hey bro the the coil gun is the legendary variant called "devotion". I only used that against the bosses. Also I did a couple of rifts. I did one 100 lunacy rift that was pretty easy just took a long time. But then I tried a 500 lunacy one and had a hard time keeping the lunacy bar up. Also my mistake the rail gun has over 6k lock range maybe even 7k.

​​@@MarkOneRoninI doubt I'll be playing much of this game or any games to be honest. My final year research is due mid next year and all I've done is my project proposal still 🥲. Got to say, since I started playing this games always felt this game deserve more attention and that it got lost with last years AAA game releases. I think if this game does get caught on your vids will do great cus you're one of very few RUclipsrs so far who has enjoyable content to watch on everspace 2. Edit : Merry Christmas bro.

Great video as always. Very excited for the scout build. Tried it once during the early game around lvl 10. Hated it, felt like a tin can with no defense but always thought it would be great end game build with proper items to boost its stealth focused passives. So yeah... can't wait to see what you come up with.

Yeah, but I want to do a complete playthrough with every ship so I will stick to it, allthough it is a pain in the ass right now. It is only tier 1, because I am super unlucky with the ship dealers. I was grinding jobs for a few hours to get the cash. I have 250k now and so far only 2 ship dealers available and these fuckers won't give me a better gunship(I wrote bomber, but I mixed it up, the bomber is in my oppinion a bit more agile than the gunship). I think this is the problem, but the tier 1 could definetly be tankier too.

Oh wow that’s awesome idea! You’re gonna rack up lots of gameplay hours is the Gunship your first one or have you done other ships already? I totally think even getting a tier 2 would give you a little edge for sure. But I do agree early on it’s tough to find the right ship. What level are you?

Yeah I been hearing the infra-knife is an amazing weapon to use. I’ll have to get that upgrade for my pirate ship save. I’m pretty sure my main save but I’m not 100% sure.

I will say the scatter gun does some great damage up close but you make a really good point. Might be better to focus heavily on a couple weapons.

@@MarkOneRonin 100%! First of all there’s not to many upgrade slots at that part of the game, and the second point is that it’s annoying to scroll through 4-5 weapons to find rockets or something else. I find the combination of only 2 weapons the best and most effective 👌

You’re totally right about that I should of correct that. Also when you have the same weapons upgrades connected they give additional boost to dmg.

Thank you so much I really appreciate the kind words! It really means a lot!!! You’re crushing it in NMS for the record haha. Have you tried being a pirate in no man sky? That could be a fun way to get tons more hours in the game and In a really fun way! Also they just came out with a fishing update so you could try and find all the rare fish at certain locations. You could also setup some new farms or maybe build your own starship you got plenty of nanites to get a S class reactor. So you could make your very own starship. Could be a great way to hunt down some cool wings, engines and cockpits. Which can take some time but could be extremely rewarding when you find the right one. You could also work on on fully upgrading your current starship or if you make one. There is so much to this game and I’m sure I’m missing a ton lol. But I would totally try and build your own starship. You could also do the expedition that comes out usually in a major update. It would make you start from scratch but there is some fun stuff to earn. You just gave me a really fun idea to make a video of what to do when you’ve gotten so far in NMS I might need to put together a video on how to keep NMS fun and enjoyable. Also longer breaks on NMS is a great way to recharge that creative side [=

@@MarkOneRonin thanks for replying to my comment! I’m glad I could help you come up with a video idea :) I think I’ll build a new ship today, we’ll see how it goes. Also I might start a new world to try being a pirate. I think that’s very easy though. Attacking vessels cargo pods and making millions. Some more ideas for your video : - build an underwater base - explore animals and acquire companions (maybe some of them are actually useful and can gather resources on their own or fight sentinels? Idk) - oversee a settlement (I have an A class settlement so far) - build your perfect fleet - try not having a ground base. Make your main base on the freighter so cool with some basic upgrades btw, I can access resources on my freighter from anywhere in the same system??! Awesome. Also the large refiners there require zero fuel to operate. I made a hydrogen farm with 6 refiners on the freighter, it gives me 1200 hydrogen per ~25 minutes, requiring ~ 3 minutes of my time. If I think of something else, I’ll write a new comment below. Not sure if I’m interested in the expeditions, but I might try that later. I’m also not a fan of fishing 😅 but there are automatic nets or something, I might try that. Thanks again!

Those are so awesome ideas!! I do want to make an underwater base at some point and record it. The exploring animals is really unique idea I’ll have to look into. Also the pirate run you can actually find pirate systems that have pirate space station. The mission givers in there will give pirate based mission. Also I with you on the expedition I have not done one yet but I will probably check it out in the future. That farm you made sounds freaking awesome!

I would Also love to make a floating base lol I’m not sure if it’s possible but could be a really fun build to try.

@@MarkOneRonin that’s a cool idea! It’s sad you can’t make an underground base as the terrain gets back to its original state/shape. So, I ended up starting an expedition and finished the first ‘stage’. At first I switched to a B class fighter ship, then found an interceptor ship on a dissonant planet. It’s also a b class, but it’s powerful and it does its job, especially with all the upgrades. Don’t build any bases or anything. Already at 70M units. Also tried not to pay attention to standing with different races, attacked peaceful freighters and sold their stuff. But then I caught 5 fishes and lost interest again. Idk, when it feels like I’m successful at this game, my fire is gone… Probably gonna get back to real life for now :) Hope your videos will start getting ton of views soon! Keep it going 🔥

So sometime when you jump to new systems you will see a capital ship with its fleet. Some frigates will have a symbol above them which means you can buy them if you want. You will have radio broadcast come to you when you get close to the buyable frigates. Then you can decide what to buy. Each fleet will have a bunch of different frigates that you can get. I totally forgot to mention that in this video.

@@MarkOneRonin This game is such a gem, especially for someone who loves the planets the sky galaxys milky ways anyways Being able to fly around in it and go to different planets and have a capital ship. It's like the absolute coolest thing ever. I'm currently on my freighter now just messing around sent out my fleet Always remember every part you ever put down on your base. Always check it with the same button. You use to color everything else like if you're playing on PlayStation one of those 2 buttons above the controllers. For me, i'm on xbox, so it's a little tiny button next to my left joystick, and above my d pad. Most likely almost everything your base computer Your save beacons, your refiners all that stuff most likely can always be changed The color can be changed. Even on Lights and rocks and statue, things and light fishers.The color can always be changed. That'll open up a whole new excitement for you.

I have some other videos, but i'm going to try to figure out how to put a video of my capital ship, my fleet, my squadron, the inside of my freighter, maybe one or two of my bases. I just don't know how to make videos yet from my game. I still gotta learn that.I certainly know how to upload a video, though to my youtube. So maybe I'll have to just take pictures or something and make a little video out of that. I certainly want people to be able to see when I talk about the way you can color your freighter And how you can add your own ships to your squadron. Like me, I just got some beefy ships. All S class of course.

I recommend using OBS or stream labs both can allow you to record your game direct or record your screen. There lots of good videos out there for beginners on videos. @@MarkOneRoninmy brother in Sky, how are you gonna make a whole ass guide video about freighters and not know that you can level up your frigates?! You should also always be sending out five-star fleets in order to get the most rewards per day. The only reason not to is being limited on frigate fuel, but you never should be because you can just buy di-hydrogen jelly and tritium from pilots. Manually harvesting it is literally the worst way to do it, followed only by your di-hydrogen jelly refiner loop.

Just to add on, you can move everthing from the inventory over but leave 1 piece or you wont get prompted to move everthing and you could lose you entire base. this happened to me right after the freighter update. I didn't know you supposed to leave at least 1 item when you get a new freighter. if you clean out the inventory then you dont get prompted at all.

@@peterhansen7068 I've heard this before but haven't been in this type of situation until the above. But I think this is no longer the case. When I did/discover this I took everything and I still have my set up. Might be different w/large and complex set ups. Like my bases, I keep them bare bones

Hey Quint I would recommend going after the nexus mission on the anomaly. And the space station mission giver left of the stores on the lower level. They will sometimes reward you the upgrades for your frigates, and all other gear, Capital ship, your starship and your actually person. Yeah that’s what I have heard I saw some videos of other channels showing there strat on how to take down the pirate dreadnought. It’s seems like the trench area is the best.

Of course!! Oh also crashed freighters can also be another way to find the frigate upgrades and freighter upgrades if I remember correctly.

My Dreadnaught strat. is take out the main engines and then the BIG guns on top. There are some in the back middle and front of ship. For Salvaged Frigate Modules I mostly do missions out of SpaceStations. I goto a station goto the guy on bottom left room and check the list of missions there and take any with SFM as the reward then goto the guy, not sure what he's called, on the top room all the way to the right where you can get stuff and donate stuff due to your standing with that faction. Some of them will have some available. I hear pirate stations have a lot of missions w/SFM as rewards too.

Honestly I was just jumping from system to system and came across it. I’m not sure if there is a way to Guarantee the spawning of it.

Dude lol my bad again idk how I missed these. I will say the bomber and the vindicator have been a blast. I only recently started diving into set pieces now. I will say I really love the interceptor it’s just so much fun to use [= Have you tried the Gunship yet? I still have to give that a go.
